I had a lovely experience at Mithi Bread in Winnipeg! The ambience is cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual outing. My husband and I tried the mango dry fruit shake, paneer burger with fries—which were absolutely delicious. The pasta was a bit on the spicy side for my taste, but still enjoyable, and the kulcha was soft and flavorful. Overall, the food was delightful, and the service was pleasant. Definitely a place I’ll be visiting again!

I was really excited about my cake, but the experience was disappointing. I clearly asked for strawberry jam, yet was given chocolate. When I returned with the unopened box, the owner refused to fix the mistake and showed no concern.
Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters. Sadly, the customer service here was very poor. Also, I did not ask for a chocolate Swiss roll. I ordered strawberry, and the chocolate roll was given to me by your staff’s mistake. I realized this only after reaching home. The box was completely unopened when I returned within 10 minutes.
Coming here and stating that I “initially purchased chocolate” is misleading and shifts blame instead of taking responsibility for a clear order mix-up. I did not change my mind. I came back to correct your error.
Food safety policies are understandable, but misrepresenting what happened is not. A simple acknowledgment of the mistake would have avoided this situation entirely.
