First time visiting Winnipeg since relocating (now in NB) in 2017 and Mongo's was top of the list for restaurants we wanted to re-visit. We were not disappointed. The ingredients were fresh, the cooking staff fantastic and the service was spectacular. Winnipegers don't know how lucky they are to have this unique dining experience! Lol :-)

Took my boyfriend there for his first time, and he loved it. He has a food allergy and they made sure his grill space was freshly cleaned just for his food. The staff were very kind and friendly. He said that he was very happy and that he would definitely return in the future.

hey, anyone thinking of going here, just letting you all know that rodents have been found in multiple mongos grills kitchens, and around their food storage.... be safe everyone!
Delicious Healthy food!! Only drawback with this location was that the cooks were not as outgoing as other locations.

Arrived at 5pm when the restaurant wasn't too busy. The waitress asked us about drinks and then explained how things work. My friend and I went up for first round and were quite satisfied with the speed and efficiency of the cook in the blue shirt. The wait wasnt long even with three people ahead of us and a skip order. Then we were disappointed by the waitress as our drinks were not at our table when we got back. We ate our bowls without her coming to check on us and never got our drinks until we had to look for her, and asked for water instead. When we went back for second round the second cook was not as efficient as the extra spices I put on my noodles were not mixed in well and sat all in one spot, and the noodles were not chopped and fried the same way as before. The waitress never came to check on if we needed more water either.

Great place to eat as per usual. The restaurant was clean. The only thing that ick me was the waiter was sniffly and sneezing then handing us our Cutlery. Then appeared at the cooking area. Yuck. Other than that though it was good.
Vegetarian options: It would be nice to see a vegan dessert option.
