Have a large variety of ingredients and sauces. You can make your stir-fry anyway you want it. Also it's free on your birthday!

Although the food tasted nice, there were doubts about the ingredients' freshness! The soup was room temperature for some reason, and the salad appeared to have been sitting there for a few days. Customer service went well at first until I had to ask for wifi because I brought my laptop to work while I ate. The server, Madison, seemed unhappy about my request, so I apologized and thanked her in case it interfered with her job. She didn't answer, saying she would check with her manager before leaving and never returning to me with an update on the wifi. She did not offer me greeting or thank you when I was checking out. Just asked if am ready for my bill gave me the machine and took her check. I mean You Shouldn’t be in customer service if you are not there to serve with a better attitude.Overall, the atmosphere was somewhat disappointing from what I remember years ago.

Go-to family spot! Great spot for kids who can't sit still. You pile your own bowls and then bring it to the grill. The cooks got really extra, with flips and tricks while cooking the kids' bowls. It was impressive!

Always a great time. Great food and they accommodate to my wife's celiac disease by getting fresh ingredients from the fridge that no one has cross contaminated then triple clean an area twice the size on the grill and put down two of there spreaders to mark the areaVegetarian options: You can choose not to have any meatParking: Shared parking lots with other storesWheelchair accessibility: No stairs to get in

This is OK food. But the staff are bare bones. Because you do all your own work the tipping may not be what it should.

Service this evening was unfortunately pathetic. Waitresses spent more time behind the counter chatting than working.Restaurant was not busy one bit, and there were tables that didn't get cleaned during our time there for supper.Food was good as usual, just sad to see the lack of effort from the staff.

Don't go here for the cleanliness, because it's not clean. Don't go for the mediocre service. Go because you've discovered how to defy physics and pack a huge amount of food into a small bowl. One tip - always add oil to your dish, so less of your food sticks to the giant round communal grill. You can also add an egg to your dish for a dollar.

My business cohorts and I were very excited to try this restaurant out, and left very disappointed. While the "rules" are easy enough to understand... I guess we didn't "get" the game. You get ONE SHOT (unless you want to grossly overpay) to fill a bowl for your meal. They build the stations in such a manner that unless you know how to play, you will lose.Pro-tip: fill your bowl with protein FIRST. Be mindful of how you "stack" your veggies next. And then make the choice: do you HEAP noodles on top and just see what fits? Or do you make the mistake we did: be polite, and not attempt to create a literal mountain of food.Pro-tip: figure out how much sauce is enough to "season" your meal. We didn't do it right and wound up making an MSG nightmare.Hand your bowl to one of the teenage "chefs" and marvel as they attempt to entertain themselves first, and cook your food second. Choose your side (either rice, which goes perfect with all your noodles... or an egg... or... a tortilla??). Soon enough you're handed your bowl, and pray it turns out worth the $30 you just paid for it.Hard pass on ever returning.

Our waitress Madison M came to take our drinks and that was pretty much it at the ellice location. For some reason she got our drinks (it wasn't busy) then went behind the grill to attempt to help a cook. But made conversation instead and forgot about our meals on the grill. Nobody likes burnt! I've never had this happen before, it was awkward and seemed like she was attempting to flirt. Once we needed a refill we tried making eye contact with her and getting her attention but again she was to busy hugging someone and goofing off behind the grill. I've been going here 12+ years to all 3 locations and have never had such a bad experience since today.
