Absolutely disgusting environment, I heard from fellow reviewers I talk to that they don't use gloves when they load up food and when presented the question they avoid it at all costs. Very lazy and slow manager that took 25 minutes to give us a refund on a falsely charged bowl, instead they gave us a 50$ gift card and one extra piece of cake. The cooks had the heat WAY too high burning our food as seen in pictures and did not clean the grill before throwing on our food the staff was consistently staring at us while we ate our meal as if they feared repercussions which felt disrespectful, I will never eat here again nor recommend it

This past experience left lots to be desired. The guys on the grill had absolutely zero personality and total lack of showmanship. Only seemed to be one server on the floor at dinner time, left to answer phones, seat guests which made service slow. Toilet paper holder in the bathroom can hold 4 rolls and all of them were empty... Leaves much to be desired on what else is being missed

We go to mongos on regent a lot as it is our go to place and generally leave satisfied. We found a chicken bone in one of our stir fry’s as it almost got lodged in my wife’s throat! This is not the norm but highly unacceptable. Probably won’t be back and that is a shame.

Waited 25 minutes for a cup of coffee, I wanted to order some dessert but the service here sucks, these two girls you have running around here are completely rude! It's been 15 minutes now after I received my coffee and I'm STILL!! Waiting to order some dessert. I don't think I'll ever come back.

Buffet looked neat and food seemed fresh. However there was a pervasive odor near the bathrooms and kitchen that was really unappetizing. Sauces were pretty bland. Don’t think I’ll be back.

The food was very good and very satisfying but I tripped on big piece of missing flooring edging by the salad bar the carpet and that piece especially very dangerous.

Today's meal was very enjoyable! Yes I picked the ingredients & found the perfect flavor profile today. None of my ingredients escaped the grill. From the host, grill, server & management made us feel welcome & at ease. Several months ago my experience was the opposite. A letter was made & the issues were addressed & corrected.
