We’ve gone to Mongos a few times but not in a while and when we went today with our 4 year old toddler there was a sign saying if kids meal is ordered no leftovers can be sent home. Our toddler who made her dinner was full 1/2 way through and when we asked if we could get a box for her as she wanted it for lunch the next day we were told we couldn’t because kids meals are at a reduced price…. So what? Now you’re just going to throw out the food instead of sending it home. Sounds like a waste. Any other restaurant where you order a kids meal (and some restaurants offer large portions for kids) they get to take their leftovers home. Not impressed

Serve yourself stir-fry restaurant. So many options to choose from. Tons of options, vegan and vegetarian included. Food options were very fresh. Staff are friendly. Sit down or take out available. Prices were reasonable.

Absolutely awful, we love Mongos but we will not be back after this one. Food was burnt, they let me remake but still wasn't fantastic. I was overcharged and then the server was straight snotty when I tipped accordingly. Also was charged a gratuity meanwhile half the table was toddlers!! Completely overpriced for what it is.....

If mongos isn’t on your list its definitely a must add! Portions are generous, buffet style so you choose what you want as well as how much or little of anything!! Service was great, it was my birthday and staff really made it special!

Very attentive and can suit different people's taste at the same time
Can’t go wrong with Mongo’s. You can stack your bowl as high as you can manage and if you do it right, you can get three meals out of it! Plus it’s fun to mix it up and try new things with each visit! Only cons are the cooking station can take a while if it’s busy, but I won’t blame them for that really as it still goes faster than some other restaurants. Highly recommend for a family dining experience!

Food was great as always. Waitress was very nice. Only negative was that a lot of the surfaces (counters, chairs, bathroom door, ect.) were sticky.

Friendly Staff, but we were never told what the costs were. On Kenaston Blvd in Wpg. Right beside the starting point to prepare our meal, there was a salad bar, there were no signs saying it was extra at all, we took a few items from salad bar, which was scarcely filled however and then went for our main meal, with very tiny bowls. Warning signs all over to not place on a platter just the bowls. When my meal was cook I had half a bowl only. Then we were charged almost $4 for a drink and $5.99 for a tge measly salad which we were never told it would be extra. Just down the road one block we could have lunch at an all you can eat chinese food restaurant for less cost including a drink. This is way too expensive place to eat.

I always love Mongo's, if you know what you like and how to achieve it then the food will always be a 10/10, even so it is still fun to try new things and mixes. The staff weren't as enthusiastic on the day of my most recent visit, but it was still just fine, our waitress had a good sense of humor which is always nice. I've never had a bad food experience here, they always cook everything just right and they are always well equipped with ingredients. I strongly recommend it!
