Went to Mongos today for lunch. We eat there frequently. Today was horrible. They have watered down the sauces. Noodles had no taste and were not anything but white paste. We told the server and she said I was the second person today to mention that. She said she told the people in the back. Will not return.

Asked the server for no ice in our drinks, ended up with ice in the drinks. Asked for a teaspoon as I could have gotten a soup spoon from salad bar ended up giving me a soup spoon very unhappy with this experience may not return to this location.

It all depends on who is on the grill. Some are well trained while others are too busy chatting, ignore the food and burn it.
Gross.... This is like a dirty feeding trough with greedy humans piling their bowls 10 feet high. Poor quality ingredients, dinnerware that resembles a school cafeteria.... Poorly cooked. It just felt dirty. Managers a prick too!

Manager did not care about being out of soup and alot of items where low if not filled. Waitress had no hair net or pulled up hair and is inside the circle where they cook the food. Very disappointed with the Manager.

I always get the soup and salad and salad was very wilted and broccoli soup I would have scraped the bottom of the pot to get any it is always very hot though. Was only 2 dressings...I find they cater to the stir fry and tend to foget the salad bar. I've gotten the salad bar for years this was worst ive seen.
