Mongos food is what it is. You're choosing your own ingredients so it's hard to get it wrong. However on my last visit, the staff seemed uncomfortable whenever the MOD was present. I didn't witness any particular actions on her part, but employees seemed to stop any friendly banter amongst themselves and/or customers when she appeared. It was quite uncomfortable.

Some great memories having the stir-fry here. Collect the ingredients you prefer add oil sauce and spice to your liking and watch them cook and compile your creation. They have. One bowl pricing and then pay additional if you want salad or a second (third, fourth) bowl.
