I had such a great experience at Montana’s BBQ & Bar thanks to Emery! From the moment we were seated, she was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive. She checked in at all the right times without being overbearing and made sure everything came out perfectly.
Emery knew the menu really well and gave awesome recommendations. You can tell she truly cares about her guests having a good experience. Even when it got busy, she stayed calm, upbeat, and on top of everything.
It’s rare to come across service that feels both professional and personal, but Emery absolutely nailed it. She made our night even better — we’ll definitely be back because of her!
