Honestly for the first time I was disappointed, service is everything and our waitress seemed new so we tried to be understanding to that but as service declined so did our patience and understanding. She kept disappearing, didn't come over to check on our party for refills or how our food was, or offer any steak sauce or anything. She messed up who was getting what, with what and the steak was overcooked. We weren't going to wait for another after the food took so long to get to begin with. And after all that, she messed up our bills since she initially failed to ask if it'd be one or more bills. Guess she couldn't wait to get rid of us cause she brought the bill before singing happy birthday. I had to remind her that's why we went there. So they sang happy birthday and we gladly departed. Tsk tsk.

Family supper to celebrate the Xmas holidays. Party size - 6. Our waitress was outstanding. Food was delicious - 5 of us had steaks and everyone was cooked perfectly. The restaurant was full - so noise level was quite high but this was to be expected. Good value - not inexpensive but worth it for the quality.

I've been going here with my family for years and never had a bad thing to say about them, until tonight. We ordered a few appetizers for Skip delivery. When we opened the sweet potato fries, it was so empty that you could clearly see the bottom of takeout container. I called them immediately and the manager's response was to advise me that I need to contact Skip for a refund. She didn't even once offer any kind of apology for the lack of fries. I don't want my $6 back, I want the full order of fries that we had ordered. How does putting $6 back on my credit card help me when I don't have enough food to feed my family right now?? Additionally, all the food was completely cold. Unbelievably disappointing and they won't be seeing me and my family anytime soon.

We went there for our 30th Anniversary dinner and what a disaster. I ordered steak & lobster, steak done medium. When it arrived it was bloody rare and for some reason tough as nails to cut through. The mini lobster tail was dry, overcooked. I sent it back not opting for anything else. The ribs were passable but somewhat dry. The drinks and the dessert were good. They did the right thing by taking the cost of the dinners off the bill, but that doesn't change the experience on such an important occasion. The manager was apologetic but apparently it was amateur hour in the kitchen that night. Add it to the memories.

We walked to the lounge area, and she abruptly spotted us with, "you need a reservation" we never have in the past, but fine "table for two please" she said "I'm waiting on this group, they were here first" The group in question was standing back by the entrance deciding, and she wouldn't even address us. Two groups waiting left, the n the group

This Montanas has gone downhill, ordered ribs to go only to find out they have run out when we went to pick it up. Went to go again today, and they had a 40 minute wait, for two people, when there were only 2 groups ahead of us and at least 6 empty tables. Didn't wait to find out if the food was okay or not.

Mandatory tipping? I always tip but that tip is dependent on things and not getting forks, knives or napkins and when telling them I can't have pickles and he comes back and says they caught it just in time bit there were pickles on the burger. Won't be coming back.
Manager (Obi) and server (Meg) was very rude. She felt frustrated that we asked to move tables to accommodate our friends who joined us. She was very harsh and asked us to leave or she would call security.
