Dim sum was non existent. It was advertised as being there.Place was dirty. Bathrooms were filthy or unmaintained.Service didn't exist. We were shown table then basically ignored. No intro into hot pot. No directions to sauce station.Very limited selection. Only two green veggies. Half of the items weren't available.Prices were VERY misleading. You have to pay for being there PLUS the soup. Why did I pay for myself twice?Seemed run down and dying.Won't go again.

First time here and it was a BIG disappointment. Won't be back.Went here with family and friends. It was me and my partners first time... they were having a 25% off AYCE hot pot promo. We primarily go to another place on Corydon and wanted to try them out.Staff were welcoming, food came out in a timely manner but not a lot of staff came around to check on us during our meal.Drinks/water came from an old self serve soda machine. Appetizers were all buffet style- ranged from seasame balls, dumplings, egg rolls and I believe Chinese donuts. It was OK, mostly tasteless.Place wasn't as hygienic... empty food tubs and kitchen supplies sitting in the open. Plates, utensils and bowls were also out in the open and some of them were not even clean! We had to pick through them to make sure we got a clean one. The place also looked run down. Not many options to choose from on their hot pot menu compared to other places we have been to. No variety and low quality food. We also didn't like any of the broth flavors.Clean up staff came by regularly to remove empty dishes from our table.**** One thing that really disappointed us and another reason why we will not return: Our group paid one after the other and my partner paid for our meal. We assumed they would already apply their "25% off promo" since we are all from the same group and came for their AYCE promo. We didn't realize the promo was not applied to our bill until our group compared our bills at the end. We paid $109 (incl tip) for TWO people. We brought it up to what seemed like their manager and he was adamant about not honoring the "promo" because we didnt "show" the coupon to redeem. Really? He even assumed I was calling him a "scammer" when all I asked was if he could honor it because we ALL came here for the promo and are from the same group who just paid and got the promo. Nope. He kept insisting he couldn't do anything and said the same thing. Horrible... He said he would honor for it "next time" but we 100% will NEVER come back. It's a shame because as someone who's worked in food service, he handled the situation poorly because he could have easily let it go for us this one time and made our experience BETTER.It's our fault for assuming, but we are still extremely disappointed with our first experience. I feel sick to my stomach that my partner paid for our overpriced meal that was not enjoyable...The reviews speak for itself. It's OVERPRICED and not worth it in my honest opinion especially for what the place offers. It's run down, unsanitary, and offers limited food options, poor customer service. They are getting a bunch of influencers to promote their place but I don't believe that will save them. They need to reconsider and change A LOT of things. I would not come back and prefer to go elsewhere. Save your $$!

Came here with some friends last night, and it was awesome! A very fun experience as it was my first time trying hot pot. Lots of options, fresh ingredients, and even a sauce bar! I will come back some day for sure! The staff were all very kind and funny as well, really great place.

The rice noodles are very filling and chewy. Every flavor of rice noodles is delicious. I will come again next time. It tastes the same as the domestic ones.

My favourite hotpot spot in Winnipeg. I eat here every month on date night. Their wings are literally the best, and the hotpot is super filling and flavourful. We always get the kimchi broth, lamb, and cucumber to cleanse the palate. When you eat here you also get to make your own dipping sauce for your food, and they have delicious dumplings, spring rolls, and sesame balls are amazing. The only thing is you should set aside a decent chunk of time if you plan to come here because you may be here for a couple of hours.Vegetarian options: Do not eat here if you are vegetarian!

Our experience at Morals Village was disappointing. The all-you-can-eat hotpot is overpriced, especially with an additional $14 charge for the soup base on top of the $32.99 hotpot. Plus you need to think of tax.The beef resembling cardboard, and it seemed everything was frozen. The fountain drink lacked syrup, resulting in a watered-down taste. The service left much to be desired, as the servers failed to inform us about obtaining our plates, utensils, and bowls at the beginning, which could be confusing for first-time hotpot diners. This lack of guidance reflects poorly on the restaurant and its representation of the cuisine.Additionally, the neglectful attitude towards cleanliness was evident. Dirty dishes were left on tables, creating an unsightly and unhygienic environment. This disregard for basic cleanliness is unacceptable, and I find myself contemplating reporting the conditions to the health department.2024 prices:Price for hot pot is $32.99 per person + taxSoup base is separated.

This was our first time at this restaurant, the food was good, however we were very disappointed that nobody would come and clean the table to the point it was filled with dirty dishes and dirty napkins around us, and we felt like seating around garbage, when you bring new orders you should take the old once, so the table wont be so filthy, and it would be pleasant for costumers to eat!!!! Or why I had to call a server to come and help us around 5 times , there was not a single time that they came by themselves, we always had to call them to come……Secondly when it was time to pay, the bill came out to be more than expected, when i called i asked about the price for all you can eat hot pot, I was told it would be around $32 each but ended up paying around $44-$45 each because apparently the soup base is extra, how come it wasn’t mentioned on the phone or when we came? So what exactly is the all you can eat if you don't get soup base?

I went there for lunch with my family during peak hours. It was our first time there, but the server didn’t let us know that we have to go to get utensils for our table. The hotpot was boiling and we still wait for them to give utensils. When I go to get utensils, the clean and dirty are mixed together, and the clean plate was in the same tray with the dirty container. I was not sure and asking the server why the dirty container in there, she said she didn’t know.

I am extremely disgusted with the experience we had at this establishment. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues that significantly took away from our overall dining experience. Firstly, we were only provided with one meal, despite our attempt to order a second one which was not fulfilled. This event was particularly disappointing as it ruined my little sister's birthday dinner. Undoubtedly, this situation was downright upsetting. Despite being offered a 20% discount, we found ourselves dismayed by the extensive wait of nearly an hour for our second meal, which led to our decision to leave the premises. Additionally, considering the price we paid, the quality of the food we consumed certainly did not justify spending $160.
