The staff was not friendly, did not even smile at all. She looked unhappy to be there. Food took a long time to be served. Many customers after us were served first. The staff was not helpful when asked about their coffee. It’s the worst service we’ve had. We could’ve appreciated the atmosphere more but the service tainted the experience.

Discovered this place several years ago when I stopped in for a coffee on the way to the lake. I have made a point of stopping in periodically. I would certainly be a more regular customer but I live quite far away. The coffee is good and the staff friendly every time I have been there. Great atmosphere and if you're lucky you can grab one of the soft chairs at the back near the fireplace for a quiet conversation, reading a book or checking your device. What a great spot on a cold winter's day!

Cute warm atmosphere, especially in the back. The fireplace makes you feel like you’re in some small mountain lodge.Extensive drink menu. Coffee, lattes, iced drinks and teas. They have yogurts, cinnamon buns, etc. different desserts as well. Quite a bit of seating. Outdoor patio in the summer.

I used to love coming here, the atmosphere, the cozy vibes and the warm drinks. Recently however I have noticed the coffee quality decline quite a bit, not sure if it’s the coffee itself or what but I ordered a latte with an extra espresso shot and I can hardly taste the coffee at all. I got my mom a cappuccino and she also said it tasted like warm milk. Unfortunately this has been the norm as of recently and it seems to be dependant on which barista you have :(
