The place was super nice, service was prompt in the beginning and the waiter was so friendly! We ordered appetizers to share but unfortunately they were sooooo salty. Nearly inedible.

Excellent experience. Haven’t been to moxies in 15 yrs. Place felt welcoming and lavish. Well decorated. Food was excellent cocktails delicious, wonderful front staff and server was experience professional and friendly.

Vegetarian options: Loads of vegetarian options.

I had steak and it was wonderful.

Ordered a meal online, made note that I have a peanut and nut allergy. Instead of contacting us, (this was through skip so I know they had my contact info) they just wrote, "cross contamination possible" on the food. So now I get the choice of rolling the dice in regards to if I'll have an allergic reaction to this meal. Or, throw out food I paid good money for. This is completely unprofessional, and I never eat at a Moxies ever again.

Visited this restaurant on a Friday night and it was great. Carly and team provided us with excellent service and a wonderful evening with good friends. The food was great and the atmosphere was very good. My friend commented that the calamari and shrimp appetizer seemed undercooked but I did not notice that. First class experience and definitely will visit again.

Made a reservation for the restaurant side for Saturday night, and we showed up on time. Booker made a specific detailed request for a TABLE not a booth, as we had members in our party that have mobility issues, so chairs all around are preferred, and having been to this restaurant in the past, we knew they had independent tables with chairs on all sides. It was a pretty slow night (as confirmed by one of the wait staff), so this wasn't a packed house evening. Walked to the table by our hostess and we are put at a table near the kitchen that one side is entirely a long bench. Awesome. Thanks for listening to our requests/requirements. Then, shortly after we are seated, one of the wait staff brought water, only to place each glass for every patron by the top (ie: WHERE YOUR LIPS GO), which is disgusting. This would have been ok if straws had been provided, but they were not. Yuck. In fairness the wait staff were pleasant and friendly, but that is not the only component of their role. The dining room was SUPER LOUD and you could barely have a conversation with anyone that wasn't directly across from you, and even then it was a challenge. This made for a very uncomfortable and unenjoyable atmosphere, and was not solely because of patron noise, but rather the loud music being played, loud kitchen noise, etc. Finally, getting my meal (a steak) and the food was warm at best, was the final straw. I have long praised and patronized this restaurant because I always tell folks I have never had a bad steak here, and we have visited countless times. While my steak was cooked properly and had a good flavour, it wasn't even remotely hot, and on a night where there were as few customers as there were, there is no excuse for this. I could appreciate it to some extent if the dining room (and/or lounge) was packed, but that simply wasn't the case. My family and I will not be back, and I am disappointed having lost such a favoured staple.

We had the top back room for a work function. Great service, cool bathroom for the ladies to take selfies, lots of tvs to watch the hockey game. Several of us had the 7oz steak, which was not that appealing. A fabulous location!

As soon as we came in we were told that we will have only 1.5 hours to be there as they need the table. (We had a reservation) Then we sat and after ordering food they asked us to move to another table. The waitress was great. Management was awful.

Terrible service, the bar waitress didnt even tell us the payment machine was not working, kept us waiting for 20 minutes and avoided to communicate with us. And when she did let us know she rudely responded. Food was exceptional but service needs work.
