Ordered a medium rare, but got a medium well, but staff insisted that it is a medium rare when raised the concern. Moreover, my friend ordered medium well, but got a rare.

Me and my mom came here looking to sit down and be served a nice meal as we finally had some time together and wanted to make the day special, we walked to the front where the hostess was.
Behind her desk, she was slumping over - almost hiding when we walked in and she was on the phone. She didn’t say one second or gesture or anything… we waited but it began to take a while..
Me and my mom walked into the lounge area just to look, none of the staff even bothered looking in our direction.
We went back to the front where the hostess was still on the phone, avoiding eye contact or any sort of conversation, being over 5 minutes already of just standing and walking around the front of the restaurant - we decided to just leave.
Very rude and unprofessional.

I’m not sure who was working at 130pm on Monday August 4th but she literally saved my life letting me use their washroom.

Want here for my birthday accompanied by my sister and we had the beef dip and it was quite nice. Made with a sourdough bread. The dip was good. The option to have a salad instead of french fries was happily provided and the salad was more than just a basic salad. It was beautiful with strawberries and nuts. The service was fine. The staff was friendly and engaging and the character of the place is all right. It's quite pretty in there and they do a lot of business and the food was very good. Happy to return and see the staff again

I came to this location with a friend, and while we were chatting a man came to our table to ask for change. Neither of carrying cash, we offered food instead which was exactly what he was hoping for change for. We gave him some food, and before he could eat it the management removed him and comped us the food we had just tried to give the man. A hungry person who was costing them nothing was chased out for whatever elitist reason they had. I will ever spend another dime in a Moxie's. Indiscriminately cruel and inhuman. I am still shaking with outrage. They didn't even offer to box it up for him. Just gave him the bum's rush. We left our drinks and will NEVER set foot in that place again. The manager had the nerve to act like he was doing us a service with how he treated that man. I can assure you, he was NOT.

Mariana provided amazing service for us our entire visit. The food was fantastic, and all of the staff were amazing and timely with the food and drinks and really took care of us. Thank you for an awesome experience! Will definitely be back!

Went out with 3 Friends before our Movie to Moxies. Our waitress was very attentive. The drinks were refreshing and the food was hot and delicious!!
