Got wings meal and it’s not worth the money (14.50$)one wing cut into 2 baby wings, regret not having a shawarma meal at least it’s worth the money.

Last year, two XL chicken calzones were sufficient to feed six people without any issue. Today, purchasing the same order—two XL chicken calzones—was barely enough for two adults and one child. The reduction in portion size and value is obvious and disappointing, especially considering this was the same product ordered from the same place.

Placed an order online for 2 orders of wings. When I arrived they stated they did not have the flavor I requested so I opted for a different flavor. After I paid the women looked at my receipt, went to the back and then returned and said they cannot make wings today and told me she would refund my money. I presume they were upset I did not give them a tip. They did not even have the flavor I wanted. It was an online order I was there 20 minutes after I placed it.

So bad. We stopped in looking for a calzone. Not sure how you can call what’s served here anything close to a calzone. How do you serve a calzone without cheese inside?? Both orders were falling apart and undercooked, we sat for 20 minutes before anything came out (which was only half our meal) then another ten minutes for the rest, the cook was taking cash, serving, and touching multiple surfaces without ever changing his gloves, and another table sent back food before we did. The food was bland and unacceptable for the $35 price tag. The only 5 stars they get is for refunding our money without batting an eye. Will not return.

Today I ordered online 2 x-large calzone combos with the Tuesday special: 2 chicken shawarma with fries. I ordered around 5:40 pm for scheduled pickup at 6:30 pm. I reached there at 6:31 pm to pick up my order. It was ready by that time, but it felt warm, not hot. When I reached home (the location is a 3-minute drive), the calzones were warm, but the shawarma was totally cold. The fries were extra dark (it seems like they warmed them in a pan because some fries' sides were dark brown/black). The shawarma had the same calzone filling, the same mixture they used for the calzones. So, both items were the same! The calzone had very little chicken and too oily. (I've never experienced this before with the Pembina branch).

So,
1. SHAWARMA NOT RECOMMENDED.
2. CALZONE X-Large has less chicken and is a small size. (Hardly enough for 2 persons)
3. The food was cold. Not fresh.
4. Do not order online; they're going to serve cold food. (I got an order confirmation email at 5:40 and a pickup/ready confirmation email at 5:45), which is weird!
5. Do not ever order food from the REGENT branch!

I'm a regular customer of Mr. Calzone. According to my convenience, I've ordered food from different locations and have never been disappointed, but this time it was a really bad experience at the Regent branch. I spent $72 on tasteless, oily, and cold food!

I am disappointed and pissed at the same time, I was told to wait 15 minutes for a burgers but after 35 minutes of wait the guy working there told me 3 minutes lying to my face like crazy then he couldn't even face me and sent the girl to tell us that they were out of buns???? You lie to your customer for 35 minutes you could've told me you were out of buns!! Offering me something else with more unknown wait im extremely disappointed

Always a great experience at Mr. Calzone Regent! The food is fresh, flavorful, and served hot every time. Staff are friendly and the service is quick. One of my go-to spots for a satisfying meal. Highly recommend!
