Mr. Kim's Korean Fried Chicken

Get these people some help! Food tasted great, restaurant had a great atmosphere, but wow were they understaffed. I went for lunch on a Friday afternoon, and I don't think the order chit printer stopped spitting out orders the whole 30 minutes I waited. Great to see that they're so popular, but the poor employees are going to burn out trying to keep up like that.

This place is odd, it's exclusive iPad ordering that you do yourself, staff doesn't look at you. The first two times the food was great, thought this would be a regular option. This time however they have changed the menu, so when you used to get 500g of chicken with rice and slaw for I think $21.99, we ended up getting a pound (450g) of chicken, with slaw (that was moldy which was a huge bummer) and no rice for the same price. Chicken ended up being totally cold and was half gristle/skin pieces. Lots of influencers have good reviews but I wouldn't risk it again with the quality this time.

This is a very good spot. I gave it 5 stars across the board. I had the soy fried chicken combo with rice and slaw. The chicken was to die for. Service was exponentially good , very friendly. I was there during lunch and they were slammed and very busy, so expect that. Staff very efficient and friendly. A cool place and will go ago, large menu

Salt pepper fried chicken was delicious juicy and crunchy. The spice one was a bit much for me, but I would definitely order the plane again with rice.

Food is really great here. I ordered delivery but there was a mix up on the delivery service so food went missing for a bit. Nonetheless we were still able to get our chicken and it was still delicious. The choices of sauces are really good but I usually just stick to my favourite, soya garlic chicken. You also get quite the big portion for the price compared to other Korean fried chicken places.
