The owner of Mr. Pretzel’s at Kildonan Park is one of the kindest people I’ve met. He’s so warm and welcoming, and he truly makes you feel valued as a customer. Every time we’re there, we make a point to stop by and grab their cinnamon sugar pretzel bites – they are absolutely amazing. Soft, warm, and coated in just the right amount of cinnamon and sugar, they’re the perfect balance of sweet and satisfying. You can tell they’re always made fresh, and the consistency in quality keeps me coming back.
The staff are always friendly, efficient, and helpful. Even when the mall is busy, they keep things moving smoothly and with a smile. I really appreciate the quick service and the positive atmosphere they create at the kiosk.

We love stopping by Mr. Pretzel at Kildonan Place mall. This has been our go to snacks whenever we are at the mall. The pretzels are always warm, soft, and had the perfect balance of chew and flavor —especially the cinnamon sugar and the classic salted.
