The cheese sticks and hotdog bites are sooooo yummy! With the Cheddar dipping sauce and a drink! My kids and I get them everytime we go to the mall. Very friendly staff.

My wife and I love the soft pretzels but on our last visit the cashier made us the wrong pretzel. She didn’t give us a receipt, didn’t confirm what she punched in and no screen for the customer to see what was entered.
We bought the pretzel back (it was in a bag) and we didn’t realized until we bit into.
She wouldn’t replace it because we but into it. Next time I will get a receipt after I order and won’t be going here again

Although my wife and I enjoy Mr. pretzel, our visit to this location was disheartening. To begin with, the cashier was dry and was not very friendly. Waited about 15 minutes after being told it would be 10 minutes, only to find out they hadn't even started my order yet and wanted me to wait yet another 10 minutes. Being unable to wait I had opted for the only other option the manager gave me, which was a refund, only to find out that they were unable to refund to my original method of payment, forcing me to use a credit card just to get my money back. Although the food is good, I highly recommend you visit one of the other locations where the staff are happy to help and don't leave your order on the back burner.
