The people that work and own this restaurant are rude. Dough is undercooked, and sometimes you get stale pretzels as the owner doesn't seem to care about food quality. The owner says to bring the food back but you're met with disrespect when you do. HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENTS CREATE HOSTILE EMPLOYEES. Do better.
