I ordered a pizza sub on DoorDash which states a pizza sub comes with pizza sauce and double white cheese. I received my order with no pizza sauce or cheese. I was told that I was supposed to select that option in the menu.. why is it advertised as pizza sub with sauce and cheese, if actually just a salami sub. If I wanted a salami sub, I wouldn’t have ordered a pizza sub or had indicated no cheese or sauce. I called another location and they said those toppings should coming on the sub when ordering online.

I have spent the last 4 months eating at this location roughly 2-3 times per week. The food is always made well, portion size for value is great. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Mr. Sub has a great mutli-faceted rewards program as well. purchase 9 large subs and receive a free sub. Purchase 9 small subs/wraps (not including specialty wraps) and receive a free small sub/wrap. I used to be a die-hard subway sandwich fan; but, Mr. Sub has earned my business above Subway and Quiznos. I recommend the Mr.Sub app also. It's very easy to use/makes pre-ordering food simple if you're short for time/always 'on the go.'

I ordered on skip from here. I used to order often. This time I suggested the restaurant to my spouse and we ordered together. It arrived and there was very little lettuce it was cold and there was no sauce on my sandwich. Not only that, but there was a hair in the other. Little to say I will not order from here again, or recommend it. Poor quality, definitely not the Mr. Sub I remember...embarrassing. *hair around the grilled chicken*

The worst place to eat and the manager’s behaviour was rude with me but as the other canadian came there , he started behaving politely I think he should know how to speak with customers, if he doesn’t want to serve Indians ( especially) then write there , not for Indians even when he himself is Indian.

Just had Mr. Sub assorted and it never disappoints. Subway is such garbage I would never eat there. Mr. Sub is the real deal.

I absolutely love Mr. Sub, there was a time there was 6 or 7 franchises in the city now there is only one and it is a fair distance from me so i only can get one when i'm in the area, Thursday i picked up a super assorted and a drink, 21 bucks, as a senior i can't afford that and every time i go, there are no customers, lower the price maybe it would help, it's unfortunate but that will be my last one, so sad.

Not sure the Indian (Punjabi) ladies name but was in a black pants no name tag, honestly have no idea if she even really works there due to her behavior when you have someone representing your company in such an unprofessional way I would definitely want to know. I will never go to this location again.

I usually like going here but today was absolutely awful being just my wife and I in line we we're rushed throughCustomer service was absolutely awful. Both girls argued with my wife about a concern my wife brought up to them...she never got to get everything on her wrap before she started man handling it because they just simply weren't interested in asking if there was anything else she wanted added.When we went to get drinks the young girl SLAMMED the drink on the tray and while paying for the order the two workers went on to talk with one another to avoid what was a very angry look on wifes face.I don't think we'll be going back sad to see customers are treated like an inconvenience to their day
