Does not honour their buy one get one free deal and uber eats. Was absolutely unhelpful and ended up paying for food that was cancelled and never delivered: the store should honour their deals on the companies they work for. Very bad customer service.

I unfortunately went to mr.sub in the mall. I had the smoked meat Tuesday special. The veggies and bread were fine but the amount of meat was a ridiculous small portion. The woman was shaking when she took it out of the microwave, I assume it was because she thought I was going to rage at her. It's not her fault so why would I do that. I will instead warn other NOT to bother going there. If you do prepare for disappointment. ☹️. UPDATE as you can see I did get a response but things will not change and I will NOT being ordering again and I'd advise you not to either... Unless you like disappointment. Cheers. 🙂

Cannot recommend enough. Clean store, fresh toppings, good prices, Canadian owned, good portions. Friendly staff and owner is in most days. Truly wonderful store. My only complaint is that there isn't MORE Mr Subs.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Sub was completely wrong. Wrong bread (ordered Mediterranean-Greek, they gave white bread), wrong toppings and no cheese at all. They did seem to get the sauces right, meaning they saw the order and chose not to follow it.
What's the point of choosing your sub bread, cheese, toppings and sauce if the employees are just going to make whatever they want?
*Also, they use slimy canned mushrooms, gross.

Ordered 2 subs this evening for delivery. 1 sub had the complete wrong toppings on it and it had the same toppings as other sub. The subs were the same kind but different toppings. I don't think the staff look at the selections. Very disappointed. If I wanted certain vegetables on my sub, I'd select it. Buyer beware when ordering 2 same subs with different vegetables!

I ordered a pizza sub on DoorDash which states a pizza sub comes with pizza sauce and double white cheese. I received my order with no pizza sauce or cheese. I was told that I was supposed to select that option in the menu.. why is it advertised as pizza sub with sauce and cheese, if actually just a salami sub. If I wanted a salami sub, I wouldn’t have ordered a pizza sub or had indicated no cheese or sauce. I called another location and they said those toppings should coming on the sub when ordering online.

I have spent the last 4 months eating at this location roughly 2-3 times per week. The food is always made well, portion size for value is great. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Mr. Sub has a great mutli-faceted rewards program as well. purchase 9 large subs and receive a free sub. Purchase 9 small subs/wraps (not including specialty wraps) and receive a free small sub/wrap. I used to be a die-hard subway sandwich fan; but, Mr. Sub has earned my business above Subway and Quiznos. I recommend the Mr.Sub app also. It's very easy to use/makes pre-ordering food simple if you're short for time/always 'on the go.'

I ordered on skip from here. I used to order often. This time I suggested the restaurant to my spouse and we ordered together. It arrived and there was very little lettuce it was cold and there was no sauce on my sandwich. Not only that, but there was a hair in the other. Little to say I will not order from here again, or recommend it. Poor quality, definitely not the Mr. Sub I remember...embarrassing. *hair around the grilled chicken*
