It was my first visit .Sorry to say but staff was not soft spoken enough .As I mentioned It was my first time then also they didnt behave in a polite way.I was disappointed with service.

I went to your food vendor, I was waiting in line, but I kept being overlooked for the white people behind me, I felt the racism from your servers, I will never go to that site again, I will also let other people know how I was treated

I visit this location occasionally and the food is quick and staff are awesome. Z at the front is always friendly and welcoming. I recommend trying the butter chicken poutine!

Staff are super friendly and great to talk to! I have never had a bad experience with the food! I have been to other NYF and they don’t come close to the great group at KP!

Been going here for 4 years. I would go to New York fries after work and get myself poutine. the fries are very will done and crispy after coming out of the deep fryer and the cheese curds will melt while sitting on the gravy, very satisfying. The people who works there are very nice and welcoming. I enjoy coming here.

Been eating here for years can't believe I haven't left a review but this is without a doubt the best spot in the city for some quick good food and the employees are the highlight absolutely I have never had a bad interaction here everyone seems very friendly and leaves my family smiling and coming back!

The food is always amazing, I’m a regular you could say lol, and me and my dad always love the poutines they have, and they are always delicious with very generous portions, which are amazing, it’s not overly priced and the employees are always friendly and kind, and we always feel welcome when we walk up to their counter, I’m always either being asked how I’m doing, or if I just came from work. And it really makes you feel like more than just a customer paying money when you’re ordering food. Will always come back👍🏻
Kid-friendliness: There are very friendly workers, and with this location being in a mall a lot of the customers are kids either shopping in a group or with their parents, and the workers are very patient and kind to everyone
