I recently had a terrible experience at New York Fries, mainly due to the manager, Elvira. Her behavior toward the staff was rude and unprofessional, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. The service was not as i expected, and when I mentioned it to her, she offered me a coupon for free fries instead of addressing the real issue. It's clear she has no interest in improving customer service or supporting her team. I won't be returning until the manager is replaced or fired.
