I haven't been to nhu quynh in a very long time. We usually make this at home so i asked the lady how she made her bun bo hue. She said the broth was 8 hours simmered. :) it was light and delicious, ty!
This place probably has the best Bun Bo Hue in the city. Very good broth and the meats in the soup are delicious. We had 3 dishes to share -Bun Bo Hue -Deluxe Vermicelli Salad -pork combo plate
