First time having pho in Canada! It definitely doesn't taste the same as the pho places in SGV/LA areas. We ordered the Pho Tai & Pho Tai Nam. The broth wasn't that good and the meats were alright. Service wasn't great either. The place was kinda empty when we arrived, but people started coming in after. It was snowing outside so pho was a good choice.

One of my go to for pho and hue noodle soup, they have a good variety of options for soups and rice. Generous rice portion and very reasonable prices, I just wish they gave you more broth in takeout/delivery orders as I find them not enough to cover the noodles. A great restaurant overall, recommended for casual occasions and family dinners

We've been there about 20 times in the past couple years because the food is phenomenal. The atmosphere is decent for a Vietnamese restaurant, not as tacky as some and is cleaner and in better shape than most. I'd compare it to a greek burger joint like Georges, but with some tacky lighting etc. staff & owners are friendly and they prepare the food quickly, but that's where the service ends. We usually have to go and stand by the kitchen to get their attention when we want to leave because , once you get your food, you will never see them again. We've never once even had our drinks refilled.

"The food was mediocre, and the portions were small. There was virtually no service; one girl, the waitress, had a gloomy expression throughout. After eating, I was quite thirsty. Won't be coming back for a second time."

Nhu Quynh Restaurant is our favorite place for Vietnamese food in Winnipeg. We've been loyal customers for years, and I enjoy sharing this hidden gem with friends. Their Bún Bò Huế is unparalleled in Winnipeg – it's an absolute must-try. The flavors are authentic, and the service is consistently excellent.

We have bien there before, but yesterday there was a fly on a "clean spoon", also a " clean fork" had food on it. I had to ask for a clean set of spoons and fork. Also my daughter found a long hair on the pho. My husband asked for the difference between two soups and the did not explained or describes what ingredients it had. Honestly, we WON'T come back !

This place is a joke. Owners and servers are rude. Place looks dirty, one time a woman handed me my pho with her bandaid on her thumb ..... dipping into my soup. There is a great place just down the street on the corner of Victor and Ellice with the curvy roof that has the freshest tasting ingredients and the service is always good.

One of the best soups in town. Other plates are good too.But the phō is the star.
