I walked in today and was punched in the face by the smell of B.O. I understand it’s a gas station too but if you are serving food this is not acceptable.
I thought it was a once off but for the third time we ordered door dash and arrived on time to pick up my order and it was minimum 30 minutes late. The most I’ve waited was 45 minutes. This is the third time I’ve had to wait for mediocre pizza. When asked why I was met by the same ignorant worker who instantly gave me attitude for their food being late.
I’d recommend going to Dominoes two blocks over, don’t waste your time with this place!

Amount of toppings was good. I liked how they put the topping to the edges of the crust. Crust was burnt/over cooked and flavourless. Had to leave the crust and just eat toppings. Disappointing

Heed the warnings of all the people who've had bad experiences as the way they do business here.I didn't and it's exactly like you read.1 large 2 topping pizza shouldn't take 30-35 mins, let alone returning after that time to see them just putting your pizza in and telling you it will be another 15 mins because (insert excuse here).No concept of business intelligence or customer service!

When cooked properly, this is very good pizza. This place, however, is extremely inconsistent. They once forgot to make our order and another time didn't have one of the toppings (canned mushrooms), but didn't inform us until after we arrived to pick it up. Today, our order was completely burnt. If you luck out, you will enjoy this pizza, but it's a 50/50 chance.

Ordered a pizza which came wrong so they took it upon themselves to make me another one and let us keep the wrong one. We then waited another 30 min after waiting 30 already... the pizza came out wrong once again. 1 hour of waiting and extremely hungry at this point I said screw it and took two mistake pizzas home to put the rest of my toppings on. Needless to say, experiences like this could ruin the reputation of a high end pizza joint like Niakwa.

Waited an hour for our pizza to be delivered with a very hungry family wondering where dinner is. Called and they acted as if they didn't know I had ordered and did not even have our correct order written down. They told me they had "just found out" the car had broken down and the pizza would be another 30 minutes. Very dissappointed.

Ordered pizza and was told it would be ready in 35 minutes. Went to pick it up and it had been forgotten. We had been looking forward to a nostalgia pizza - we lived near where Niakwa Pizza originally started. Guess we just forget about Niakwa Pizza!
