We had a wonderful experience at NOLA. Our server, Andres, was absolutely fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made the evening feel special from start to finish. The scallops were outstanding, cooked perfectly and full of flavor, and dessert was simply amazing. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, and everything about the night exceeded our expectations.

Always a wonderful experience, continues to be a favourite in Winnipeg.
We made a reservation for the chef's table and chose the tasting menu, 9 dishes plus dessert. We did not get the interactive chef experience that we heard about from others but it was still a fantastic experience. The food is beautiful and delicious. We gave the kitchen full rein over our dishes so each one was a surprise. The drinks were amazing. The service was exceptional. We will absolutely be back! My recommendation is to make a reservation! We went on Tuesday and it was packed!

Nola exceeds expectations! Tasked with the challenge of providing shared plates for four omnivores, one vegan allergic to nuts and one gluten and lactose intolerant person and Nola outdid themselves! We were all dazzled with our choices. The food was delicious as always. Kudos to Chef Emily and our servers who ensured we were safe and happy. Nola is simply the best restaurant in Winnipeg!

some of the best food we’ve EVER had! for someone that is gluten and dairy free our server was phenomenal to show us what modifications to make. they had a designated fryer, and everything we ate kept getting better and better. i would highly recommend and do not have a single complaint

We went for my fiance's birthday to Nola after hearing about it on Canada's 100 Best List. It didn't let down, and every facet of our dinner was amazing.
The location had easily accessible parking and was cozy and comfortable inside. The service was not only kind but also quick. We had our first dish within 5-10 minutes of ordering it which, despite the dining room being fairly sparse when we arrived, was well recieved.
All of the food was delicious and unique. Our favorite across the board was the gunpowder roast carrot dish, whose whipped feta and honey glazed carrot won over the table.
Our time at Nola was incredible and I would be overjoyed to return again.

One of the best restaurants I've been to in years, and that's saying a lot! The chef's table experience prix fixe is absolutely worth it, as we were able to sample and enjoy several menu items. Excellent cocktails, and lovely service with frequent changing of the plates and silverware which is rare these days. I recommend the corn and nori fritters, reuben gyoza, karage fried chicken and jackfruit arepas. The tiny kitchen is so efficient and the chef was always smiling though it was busy bust. Lovely place and will definitely be back.

He answered all our questions about the menu and checked in numerous times during our dinner. The staff as they brought the dishes provided an overview of the dish. Food was delicious.
