This was our first time at Nonsuch - The food and drinks were absolutely incredible, however we had a bit of a glitch as our food order was not entered - so after about an hour of waiting, we asked our server, who then realized the issue and expedited our meals (they did come out super quickly after that). The food was so good, but portions are small. Overall though, definitely a great experience and we will definitely be coming back!
Great spot! We sat in the main room and the decor and ambiance was so nice. The servers and staff were great and the food and cocktails were delicious. A perfect date night. Thank you!
My favourite place to go out! Unique ambience kind of like a Victorian saloon. Very pleasant people work here. The beers are elegant. Cocktails are inventive. The food is fresh and flavourful. Prices are very reasonable
First Friday. Chef Seamus Fogarty. Amazing. Every dish was memorable. Perfect date night. Thx!
My wife and I live in the Exchange and most times we go out we end up going to Nonsuch. We took friends for Christmas dinner and drinks on Tuesday and had a blast. The drinks are always cold and delicious and the is food fantastic. Love that place. Chad
I was skeptical at first, and it blew me away. The pasta, burger and chips were delicious. I will absolutely go back. They are also very everything friendly, and clearly interested in creating a safe space for all.
I have been here a few time and always found the food great, but was rather disappointed this time around The deviled eggs were quite salty, the Salmon and Greens I found quite bland and the eggplant had a very inconsistent flavor throughout
Food was delicious and the atmosphere was great, but the cherry on top was our server Tarryn, she was the absolute best

Loved being able to try many beers, wish they had a flight offering however. Had the cucumber and Burrata salad, which never disappoint. The beef burger and the squash burger were somehow equally divinely mind blowing. Service was great- friendly and attentive. I did order the prickly pear Patrona, I would skip this next time, the smoky flavour from the Mezcal, is personally too overpowering for me. First time trying an Italian grape ale, and next time I see it on the menu I will definitely be ordering a tall one (I would be so happy to see it offered again in the future!)
I was so excited to go here, I am a sour beer lover and have been drinking their raspberry sour for years. Sadly this was a very disappointing experience. Our server mentioned she had been working there for a year and a half, yet argued with it being happy hour, insisting it wasn’t happy hour even though it was printed on the menu. That should never fall on the customer especially when it is clearly printed on their menu…after going back and forth with her and her leaving to talk to her boss, it was confirmed to be happy hour.
After that interaction, the service became very uncomfortable. Only one person at our table had their drink asked to be refilled while the rest of us were ignored and had to flag down the server to get another drink, which felt awkward and unprofessional.
We were also told the bill could not be split due to their Square system, which made paying as a group very frustrating. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and the service was far below acceptable standards.
Also no bill was brought.
I will say the hostess was very nice and fun to engage with while we were being seated, he was very nice.
But as for our server, I have had better service at McDonald’s.

This upscale brewery is the perfect spot for all styles and groups. Highly recommend sharing the food and keeping the beers to yourself. So delicious. The ambiance is lovely 10/10.
Love dining at the Nonsuch! Great cocktails as well as their signature amazing beers, plus the food is always outstanding - their tried and true Le Burger is the best, and the occasional menu change up always introduces something new and exciting to try. An example is the wedge salad - so good! Can't wait to head back there again!
