Looks are deceiving. I ordered the chicken wonton. I was asked if it was for inside or to go. I replied inside, but we were served in a small plastic bowl. Then the other customers after me were served in an appetizing hotpot style dish. The chicken was terribly dry, the wonton was flavorless and dry as well. There were only 3 pieces of dry chicken breast and 2 pieces of wonton. The mushrooms were hard and cold. There was an overload of noodles and they covered it up with roasted garlic. Very disappointing for a $13 bowl of soup.

The worst ever customer service. I was standing in the cashier to order halo halo for several minutes when they are all there staring. I knock on the mirror to get the attention but the old lady stared at me. Then I asked by the younger one and told me when I asked why no one attended me. She said because I'm busy. Very very bad attitude.

Rude. I asked if I can order something and I was told off because he’s counting coins. Alright, buddy. Keep counting. BTW, there are other places to eat. If your service depends on the mood of your employees, stop wasting our time.

There is no one to attend to your order, you need to ring the bell many times before they come to you. Preparing so many orders at a time thats why my food got burned.
