Stopped in with my girlfriend for a quick coffee and some donuts to take home, staff were incredibly friendly, donuts were delicious, and they even had some samples of the cookies they were baking (ube meringues, to die for!) 10/10 will be coming back!!!

The absolute best ice cream experience! An incredible about of attention and care is put into every item ordered. I’ve been many times this summer and each time was fantastic. I sincerely wish all businesses offered this level of care in the products and service they offer!Simply outstanding!I highly recommend trying a bubble waffle with filling and ice cream. The tayaki are Asiago delicious! I personally prefer the soft serve ice cream but you honestly can’t go wrong!They often have special cookies. A favourite was a Pikachu shaped cookie that was lavender flavour! I really can’t say enough good things about the quality here!

It looks good and it taste good too. What I like about it is the fact that its not too sweet that you end up not going back again.They have a lot of flavours to choose from, at least for me. It’s a good place especially in the summer if you want something to cool you down a bit. Your kids are going to love you for it ☺️.
Love the mocha ice cream and the staff is so nice, she gave us 2 small cups of ice cream to try so I can pick which one I like. The topping are so cute to take pictures. Fully recommend them!

Not a Waffle has such a unique menu offering. We came for my daughter's 9th birthday treat. We all got bubble waffle cones with different ice cream and toppings. We got to watch our waffles being made. It's such a cool process. Come with an empty stomach! These are big offerings. The bubble waffles are delicious. Perfect texture. thank you for the great treats.

I was so impressed with this place and just the feeling that it's not just another chain... but an authentic and high quality dessert experience. Loved the bubble tea and bonus fruit at the bottom of the passionfruit smoothie!! I can't wait to return and try more of their offerings, would be a great place to visit with out-of-town guests as well.

Not a waffle is a dessert shop with a lot of fun and delicious options to choose from. Everything is tasty and beautiful to look at, you'll just want to picture everything! We tried the taiyaki with matcha ice cream and it was really good! We also tried the bubble waffle with ice cream and it was super nicely decorated. I like that they change the way they decorate their desserts so each time you go there is something new. When I went I got the spring decoration with chocolate eggs and carrots which was really cute.The bubble teas are perfectly sweet and tasty too. The shop is cozy and has a cool wall paper and the staff is friendly. I totally recommend this place!
