I ordered the Billie Ellis burger I think the patty ration is too big everything falls apart after 2 bites flavor was decent nothing special I think fries were burnt for sure but still were salty and tasty so not too bad and beet chip tasted burnt also .

Kind of a disappointing experience at Nuburger in October 2025. We were in town on business and not having been to the Forks area before decided to try out the market as it looks rather quaint.
And indeed it is - I enjoyed the mix of fairly touristy/knick-knacky stores with a beer hall/dining area that is clearly popular with locals.
After ordering we were informed we'd receive a notification via text when the order was ready to be picked up. Sat and waited for quite a while, long enough to drink a beer and then some, and still no activity. We'd noticed a few burgers had been placed up on the pickup counter but as I'd ordered mine with only cheese and bacon it was easy to see those had other toppings so must not be ours.
Eventually we went up the counter and were informed the order had been ready a long time ago (?) but that they'd prepare a new one. So that was nice at least.
After some more waiting we were able to get our food. I'm rather a burger connoisseur and found the offering from Nuburger to be average a best. Like it was palatable but certainly not remarkable, in my vast experience. Garlic aioli dipping sauce was nice with the fries!
We were eating around 7pm, amusingly I got a text at 10:30pm that my order was ready. Should probably look into fine-tuning that system...
So overall pretty average experience food-wise and a bit disappointing in terms of the service.

I thought it was a decent burger as I skipped the mayo due to personal preference. Not sure they must coat yam fries in flour or something, which to me dulled the sweetness and flavour. I wouldn’t order that style again knowing after getting them today, not sure if menu said they were coated and I missed it. Priced on higher end in my opinion for quality and size so I wouldn’t be a repeat customer.

The food is food but the guy giving out the orders is not loud enough. The cashier did not get my phone number as they said they will “call” me instead of getting the text. I waited for 15 minutes for my order. I asked for a follow up and apparently my order has been on the counter for a long time. My fries is now cold. Good job!

This was actually the best burger we’ve eber had in our lives. We had two cheddar burgers and split an order of fries. Delicious. So fresh and tasty. 100% recommend this if you’re coming to the forks. Worth every penny - and bite!

I am now updating my review to 5 stars for the excellent customer support I received upon the delivery of my concerns about the kids burger toppings and because it is truly my favourite burger place in the city.
Apparently there was a miscommunication with the staff and the toppings that come with the kids meal are included and should not cost $2.
Original review below for context:
This used to be my favourite place to eat with the kids. They used to have a very affordable and well rounded kids meal but recently have started charging for the toppings that were included on the kids burgers (lettuce/tomato). It was great to have veggies included cause my kids would actually eat them. Now they want to charge $2 to add lettuce and tomato to the burger. Very disappointed.
The last two times I’ve eaten there we got a plain kids burger and the burger itself was dry and burnt. I now think twice before we stop there for food.
Please bring back free kids toppings. Customer satisfaction is worth more than profit.

Had such a good meal I got a kids meal due to some medical issues and was NOT disappointed. The sauce on the burger was so good and even the kids meal was a good size! Definitely a go to!

The staff member I ordered from (Forks location) was very knowledgeable about what was vegan and gluten free. He even asked whether the GF was celiac or if a shared fryer was OK. We ordered a Billy Eilish burger and fries, with GF bread. It was a falafel burger that was wonderfully spiced, very sloppy and hard to eat, but delicious. It was the kind of burger where you have mushroom juice and relish up to your elbows by the time you are done. Nice fresh fries too.
Consistent and generally extremely fast. My favourites are the Vedge and the Billie Eilish. Also cheaper and more filling than the kfc veggie burger, so the value is good!!

The Monster Mash Burger was incredible, and the candied bacon was absolutely delicious!
My husband ordered 2x burger meals and 1 chicken burger meal (includes fries & drinks). Went to pickup the order and only got 1 order of fries. They stated we only put 1 meal order. Each meal was $19 plus change, total was $56 and change. We gave them $60 plus added $5 tip. We were told only 1 meal inc fries was ordered, told us we had to pay extra 2 more fries if we wanted. We declined to pay AGAIN for something we already paid for. Very disappointed service
Wonderful food and fantastic service!
