Yah not bad. I used to come here a very long time ago and I think management or ownership may have changed since way back then. I seem to recall ingredient quality and portions being different or feeling more homemade/healthy back then. Anyway, regardless the food was still all good. This is a 3.5stars - seems like a popular spot on the weekends (we went on a Sunday)
Ordered a sandwich and soup. Sandwich bread was over toasted slightly burnt and dry. The borsht soup was really good. The servers were friendly and attentive, but the business needs a better flow of taking names instead of having people wait and line up throught the middle of the restaurant. Overall I would eat here again because it is local, close to home, and the food was not terrible.

The Oakwood is an absolute delight from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and inviting — perfect for both a casual meal or a special night out.
