We went to this restaurant on Boxing Day for the first time, and it was full for good reason. I got the impression that many of the other customers had been there before.
I took some time to decide, as there were many interesting options on the menu.
Eventually, I had shakshuka and loved it. The medium poached eggs were cooked just as I hoped, and the tomato and chickpeas were delicious. It came with bread, and I also had some Earl Grey tea.

I just popped in here on a whim because my usual spot was packed for my birthday, and wow, am I glad I did! Brielle's service was amazing. The food came out super fast and was absolutely delicious, and I got the best iced coffee I've had at a breakfast place in ages, made just how I like it. The food was awesome, but Brielle was still the star. 10/10, totally recommend.

This was my second visit, and the only word I can use is excellent. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is great — large windows, plenty of natural light, and a relaxed space where you can enjoy breakfast, get a bit of light work done, or bring family along.
What really stood out, though, was the kitchen’s flexibility with custom requests, which is a massive win and not something you find everywhere. Hats off to the team.

Alyssa was our server and provided great service. The food was amazing! It was our first time at this restaurant and we will definitely be back. Alyssa’s service would be reason enough but the food was delicious. Two of us ordered the Threesome, one ordered the Classic and one ordered the Falafel burger and all the food was well prepared, well cooked and flavourful. Thank you for a great dining experience 😊

I had such a great experience at OEB this morning that I had to write about it. Our server Paxton was great, he made our experience even better and knew what we needed before we even asked! He suggested the el Camino poutine… one of their newer menu items, and it did not disappoint!! Definitely one of my new favourite breakfast places in Winnipeg. I’d 100% come back, and if you go, ask for Paxton!

Very adorable little restaurant! Me and my friend got seated very quickly, our hostess and server was very sweet. The food is absolutely amazing, I’m from America and this was the best waffle I’ve ever had in my life! When I go home I will definitely be thinking about it indefinitely. A must visit!

Good food, absolutely terrible service. Took a ridiculously long time to get our order taken, had to ask 3 different waitresses to finally get water, with no chance of getting refills. It wasn’t even busy. Appeared to have enough waitress’s working, all seemed to hate being there. Was really bizarre. A very disappointing first time. Would not recommend based on the terrible service.
