just left OEB, food wasn’t very good bacon was dried out and hard, wedges were greasy. The waiter gave us one small cup of water, then never came back to ask us how our food was. Had to go find the waiter who was on her phone on instagram for our bill. As we began to tell her our experience and paid she said ok bye.In reply to Shayna AUnfortunately I was looking for your waiter soon after I began to eat to address the issue. After 20 minutes she returned to the premises, while having only time to pay and address my concerns as needed to head back to work I didn’t have time to wait around. As I can see l, you’ve had 3 complaints in the last 2 days perhaps your standards need to be revised.

We have been to OEB multiple times and each time we have had disappointing customer service. We attended OEB on March 20 2024 as the restaurant was empty. The waitress with long blonde hair and glasses ignored us when there were only two other customers already eating while she was on her phone when we were ready to order. Waited 15 minutes to order with no other customers besides our table and another that had 2 seated. We received our order fast, but the breakfast potatoes were fowl tasting as they had been freezer burnt. The bacon was over cooked and black. The eggs were covered in oil (I had scrambled, and my husband had over easy... both where not eatable). Waited 10 minutes to speak to server while she was talking to her friend. Server continued to ignore us along with another waitress as we waited at the counter. We did not eat more than 10%-20% of our traditional breakfast meals and told the waiter we didn’t like our food. I asked for the customer service policy, and she ignored my request. Handed me the bill and I paid and left as we both felt unwelcome and continued to be ignored. The restaurant was not busy, and the service was disappointing as there were two waitress which seems odd for them to be ignoring the other table as well. Do not recommend.

We were just at OEB for brunch and our overall experience was amazing! I had the gold digga and it was great! It’s got such a cute vibe with large windows and you can see the inside of the kitchen from where we were sitting. Very nice place for brunch. Our server Mickole also did a good job in making sure we are taken care of. We will definitely be back.

We were in Winnipeg for the weekend and had great service, twice from Arianna and once from Francesca. Both servers were so friendly and helpful with my celiac disease. We have been to many OEBs and this one did not disappoint!Dietary restrictions: Celiac
