Food is generally strong - lots of fried items and occasionally the sauces aren't the greatest, but it is a good eat with some choice and pairs nicely with the beer options. Ordering at the bar when we were seated at a table isn't what I thought I was reserving, and the folks who reserved and were sharing our communal table left for that reason. Not a cheap night out, but you can definitely watch the hockey game here.
I made a reservation for two at 6:30 pm. The first thing our server told us, before we were even seated, was that they had another reservation for our table at 8:00pm and that we'd only have the table until then. Not a very warm welcome. Towards the end of our stay, the dining room got quite loud. A couple of events were taking place and the staff had cranked the music to nightclub levels. Loved the drinks, loved the food, couldn't hear my friends because the music was so loud inside. Asked twice to bring down the decibels and it was not corrected. Would love to come back but not if I can't comfortably talk to my friends
