No doubt the best oomomo location in the city. The other ones are fine but compared to St. Vital, polo park has a larger selection. If you’re into stationary or art, this is the perfect place to get supplies and materials. I thought I had to head to the dollar store nearby for glue stick but they have a lot of necessities! There’s also other interesting things in there as well such as snacks, housewares, etc.

Prices are reasonable as well!

I ordered an iced matcha latte, and it surprised me that it's one of the worst I've ever tried, considering this is a Japanese cafe. It was about 15% was matcha and the rest is milk and a lot of sugar. They didn't use their ceremonial grade matcha (which they sell), judging from the color. The price matches what you get, so I'm not mad

I like their chicken katsu curry, especially when their combo come with featured tea, which is very valuable choice. Their tofu is special too. Then the grocery part, they have many Japanese stuffs and snacks, which worth time of shopping there. Staffs are friendly washroom are clean too

Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Great selection of items that is always expanding.

Crafts and food are my two favorite sections.

This is a dollar store with a cultural flair.

Mostly cheap and basic stuff, but like, intentionally. The restaurant is halfway decent and there's some good stuff here.

I like going here when I get the chance, their products are quite interesting, their snacks are fantastic and fun to try, they make the best takoyaki in the city in my opinion(at least from the 10 places I have got to try).

The staff are all very kind and helpful.

We ordered extra pork katsu and looks like one piece is missing. Too much rice too little meat.
And this much cabbage salad came along.
