Two times now one of the male associates gets on his walkie talkie and pages when me and my family come in and follows us all around the store. it very much feels like racial profiling because he doesn’t do it to anyone else. if nothing gets done about this i might have to take this further because it’s unacceptable how do you expect to have a successful business if you have ignorant associates.

I went in looking for teaware, and tea... And the selection of teaware was terrible, and they had no real tea to speak of. But they had stupid little squirt bottles.Makes no sense to me.

It's a cute store and has a lot of neat little items. A little annoying that so many require assistance to purchase, but that's life I guess.Feels more like an experience than it does a store, which is part of the charm in my opinion.

I ordered on skipthedishes and it was so nice! I was so happy to have my gyudon craving fixed. Also the fries are good quality. The sparkling lemon drink was awesome. Very authentic japanese style place
