OPA! of Greece McPhillips

I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering opa from this location!!! We ordered the platter a wrap and some pita with hummus, after we had a few bites , everyone FELT SICK. We all got food poisoning from it, their food regulations and safety isn’t there, the food was proceeded to be packed with spilled containers of sauces and the containers just touching all the food, it wa so messy , but we still tried it , only for us to all fall sick. This place is unsanitary!!! I do not recommend this opa location! Please beware!!!

I would give the food 5 stars but it seems like the pita wraps keep getting smaller and smaller..

I walked in tonight at 8:10 PM, thinking that I had almost an hour to order food since they’re listed online as being open until 9:00 PM. Apparently not!

Their grill was turned off. The guy at the front told me that his boss didn’t want to pay him overtime (after 9:00 PM) to clean it and said they were also closing early 8:30 PM to do so. The guy at the front clearly didn’t want to be there and was basically useless. He offered to fry me some calamari but again certainly didn’t seem too thrilled to do anything.

This is the second and last time that I will be going to this location. Both experiences (6+ month apart) were absolutely horrendous. It will never get any better. Stay away.

Gave my platter with no chicken like I ordered

Ordered a meal tonight and it was completely wrong, i asked for the pita wrap holiday bundle meal and was made the gyro platter, i do not care for the rice or the potato so half of the meal I won’t even eat, plus I asked for my salad to not have olives as I am allergic to them and it was put on my Greek salad, I then when i told her she made it wrong and wasn’t what i ordered, they argued with me that it was what I ordered…I took the meal they made but half of it is now going to be wasted…I’m not impressed…I was not waiting around for them to fix it or remake it. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

This place doesn’t even deserve one star if negative star was possible I would’ve rated them that.
I went in there tonight and the service was awful.
The staff acted as I’ve caused them some kind of inconvenience by showing up.
Waited in the front for almost 10 mins even though I was the only person in the store.
Never going back to this place again.

First of all the staff or the owner and his children or family were very friendly. And they also gave me an extra tzatziki sauce without charging me ,that was a nice touch, I agree with the other reviews that olives do not come with Greek salad, and the calamari was absolutely dried out and actually not hot when served to me. I know times are tough but a couple of olives goes a long way and without it's not Greek salad. And I get that everybody's trying to make money but just don't serve dry crusty food pls. A little extra care in the product you're Serving would be great

Specifically leaving a bad review because of the evil old woman there. She walks around miserable, talks to you like she hates her life, treats delivery drivers horribly by treating them like dirt. She personally ruined my day because of her attitude. Horrible woman.

Pitas were alright but just some minor issues with the pitas. They were torn and ripped and there was so much tzatziki sauce, it really overpowered the entire pita. Some more care from the staff is

I ordered two salad boxes through uber eats , both salads were missing olives in them. Tried to reach uber eats they didn’t give any response and Opa outlet was also not available for any responsibility.Really disappointed with the order.
