I ordered two salad boxes through uber eats , both salads were missing olives in them. Tried to reach uber eats they didn’t give any response and Opa outlet was also not available for any responsibility.Really disappointed with the order.

Ordered chicken souvlaki and Greek salad for takeout. By the time I got home the dressing had dissolved the compostable container. Meal was half the size as other Opa’s I’ve been to. No olives in the salad and no bread as illustrated on the menu. Won’t go back to this location.

Totally disappointed. Ordered a chicken pita wrap and what I got was a tiny wrap filled with vegetables and 3 tiny pieces of chicken. What a rip off. A reminder as to why I never go to Opa. I suggest you find somewhere else to go if you value your

CALAMARI IS SOOO BAD!! I always order fried calamari so i know how it is but this time it was so bad! It is mixed with OLD and new! Some are crispy and some are chewy like a rubber! The lady in front looks sad too and not happy! Not even smiling at all! I love calamari thats why I keep coming back but because of this I might just visit the other branch!

This location has been consistently disappointing. Little effort is put into assembly, fries are barely seasoned, and meat is always dry. I don't think I've ever seen the Gyro meat roasting. Only seen it pulled out of a drawer and thrown on the flat top.

Just doing a review for suggestion/recommendation. I ordered a calamari and salad combo for take out. After about 30 minutes as I was eating my salad, I noticed that the paper container is ripping off.I think the acid on dressing of the salad soaked on into the paper and caused this. I would suggest for takeout to put the dressing on the side or change to a different container.

Terrible experience! I get my order to go and when I opened it it was just like they slapped together what they had for left overs. I was so disappointed on how small the meal was. I love all the Opa’s but this location isn’t good.

Twice a week customer here. Wow what a bad experience today. Asked for no tomatos, the staff dumped tomatos onto my order and i had to ask to have them removed...." it is fine, it is fine" the fellow stated. Ah, they didnt get all the tomatoes off, and some remained on my order. Next the salad was soft, wilted with a number of browned pieces, yuck, i didnt eat it, i was worried about food safety. I've generally had good food, but the workers today gave off a 'don't care' vibe, and it super affected my experience. I'm going to wait awhile to go back
Last three times we’ve ordered there has been horrible. The calamari tasted old, and/or under cooked and too low of oil temp as it was soggy. Most recently they ignored all the topping requests, which was no jalapeños. Guess what, jalapeños on everything making it unediable. We ended up spending twice the amount we would have as we ended up ordering from Kawaii krepe.

19 dollars for a wrap fries and coke. Without the code was 14 plus tax. The beef was very tiny, I wonder if prepackaged or not but so hard tough and dry I couldn't eat it. Very chewy and disappointing. The fries were majorly overly salted. Overall not worth it.

We ordered food through skip and my husband ordered “all the toppings” which apparently also had a check box for “no toppings” on his pita, so even though he checked every single topping, his pita came with nothing on it. When I called the store the guy answered by saying “hey” on the phone and said there was nothing he could do. Terrible service.
