I think I might’ve gotten 4 pieces of beef on my beef gyro. It’s a cheap price, but the gyro is small, and the meat portion was smaller. Half my gyro felt like a vegan wrap. tzatziki sauce wasn’t bad, but it was different than any other tzatziki sauce i’ve had, in a sorta bad way.the gyro and sauce was untraditional from what you often find

I had never been here before and we happened to be starving and in the mall so I went to Opa, I love greek food, well this was terrible.....I got greek salad and calamari on the side....greek salad was all tomatoes maybe 3 pieces of lettuce and 3 olives....no dressing at all, not even oil!!!!! It was a complete rip off, calamari was OK, very pale and very thin....I wish I had gotten the chinese food instead, it looks BOMB! Id never waste money at Opa again, I make a way better greek salad at home!

Thr chicken was over cooker, sat on the grill too long. Potatoes were raw, couldn't even cut it.
I watched the manager cross contaminate meat and seafood, his response when I pointed it out was, "it's okay, it's just a little bit" with an extremely aggressive and confrontational attitude! Should have been fired on the spot!!!

Today I tried to order food at your Polo Park location. The CF Polo Park website indicates that the location accepts the CF Polo Park giftcard for payment.I ordered my lunch told the person behind the till what currency type i was using and it declined. She then argued with me about the website clearly stating that your restaurant accepts that card. I didn't bring any other method of payment, so I left without food.Please either have CF Polo Park remove your restaurant from their list of food places that accept the GC as I was very disappointed.Or if your restaurant does use it please better train the staff and also suggest they not be rude or snotty. I wasted my lunch break to wind up not getting a bite to eat.I am a very disappointed first time customer who couldn't try your food.

I visited opa for lunch this past Tuesday and ordered the lamb platter. Unfortunately, the food was only average. However, the bigger issue arose when I returned home and experienced severe diarrhea. The following day, I woke up feeling extremely ill, experiencing intense vomiting. It's been four days now, and I still haven't been able to eat anything due to ongoing nausea and vomiting. This has been a very distressing experience.

Got there around lunch on the weekend. Was not impressed to say the least.The food, while mostly decent, the fries were a bit undercooked.Worse than that though, only one of the staff (I'm assuming the manager) had any sort of hair protection, she had a hair net as well as a hat on whilst none of the other staff had anything.I don't find that sanitary, or correct for a food establishment. To be frank, it's disgusting. I would not recommend anyone with integrity partake at this location.
