Based on 2 visits in the past 4 months:* Each visit, we ordered a chicken Opa platter and a gyros Opa platter.* We were greeted by a friendly staff member who took our order promptly.* The food was prepared quickly by a second staff member, and everything on the plate was excellent, including the portion size.* (A few items were a bit more seasoned than we would have preferred, but we expect that they are working from standard "head office" recipes so this seems understandable.)* Overall, we were very happy on both visits.

The staff is so stupid and annoying. I went there to get skip the dishes order pickup I had two bags with me but they just denied to give me the order saying that you don’t have enough bags to carry food out. Moreover they made me wait for around 30 mins and sent me back without handing me the food. The manager is so rude to skip couriers to even speak politely .This is my second incident with the same place. Total shame on staff and the owners. Stay away from this place ..also skip the dishes courier stay aware from these dumb people

I typically love getting Opa but today I went at a bit of an off time and because of this I asked if the fries are fresh and hot and she said yes but after while eating them I know they were reheated, each bite was either rock hard or soggy soft, really disappointing as the fries are a big part of why I go. Also the pita tasted fine but I’ve noticed the chicken portion keeps getting smaller through the years.

I love opa but the customer service they offer is the worst I have seen so far! Am a vegetarian ordered a falafel platter confirmed that I don't eat meat and later after paying and whole waiting for it to be made I rechecked the ingredients online (I have a habit of ensuring it's all vegetarian and since I was in a rush couldn't) the person I spoke to also didn't inform me, and when I asked them to kindly understand my situation and help me out the manager came in and said there was nothing they could do since it's already made. Such a pathetic way to deal with a situation. Had I been informed beforehand when I told them that am vegetarian id never order it. Just wasted my money and got nothing out of it.

I love eating here. My priority is the atmosphere because it's not overcrowded. More importantly, the dining area is super clean. I aLWAYS order the Calamari Salad. Doesn't fill me up too much, but energizes me for the day.
Extremely disappointed. I haven’t been to Opa in a little over a month. Noticed prices were a little higher (nothing new with inflation) but the portion and quantity was extremely disappointing. I asked for the opa platter with no potatos. So when she was making my salad, I asked for extra salad because I kid you not, i recieved 7 pieces of lettuce. I asked for more lettuce and she said this is what you get. Then proceeds to remind me that I didn’t get potato so I can get more salad. SHe gives me TWO more pieces of lettuce. She then burns my pita on the grill and half of it is black! I get home only to see the chicken on the skewer is what I would feed my 4lb dog. Extremely shocked with this whole ex pierce I decided to write this. Don’t recommend going here .

The food lacks seasoning, is very dry and not up to my expectations, as I paid 26$ for my meal and couldn’t even finish this small plate to satisfy my hunger. The staff was careless and rude. Not a word of thank you/ have a good day/ enjoy.. etc. customer service here is awful. They know the food is so dry so they charge an extra 50c for some Walmart tzatziki sauce.Overall I’d give it 0/5 if I could but I am only allowed to give lowest one star. Please go next door to Freshii, much better place, cheater and much tastier.

I had a ceasar salad & skewer delivered and was quite disappointed. The salad was pre-dressed but also had a side of dressing ? Which made the lettuce and croutons extremely soggy by the time I received and ate it, and of course the side dressing went to waste as it was already dressed..I had to force myself to eat it because I had no other food. I honestly think the salad was old/sitting for a very long time as I don’t understand why anyone would send a salad for delivery pre-dressed and how it could be so soggy. Any restaurant you go to will send dry salad with dressing on the side. It tasted old, and not a single crunchy crouton could be found. Just gross mush.The chicken skewer was also burnt and tough. I won’t be trying this place again. ): If I had any other option besides starving myself, I would have thrown it in the garbage.

Consistently delicious Greek fast food. Great for if you’re looking for a fresh option. The platter makes a great dinner (choice of Greek or Cesar salad, rice, lemon potato, skewer, pita and two tzatziki sauce). Highly recommend the spanakopita too! If you have any space left, get yourself a piece of baklava (sometimes available in chocolate!)
