Paid $10 for a cup of slightly flavored slush as a smoothie. What a rip off. Forever choosing booster juice over this garbage !!

My daughter and I came here to pick up their birthday cake for their sweet 16. Not only did the guy working go out of his way to talk with us while writing on it but he gave my daughter a blizzard as well. Excellent customer service from this location all the time.

My kid and I stood there waiting to get our order taken other day. They ignored us. If they were busy they could've said hang on well be right with you but nope it was just rude inconsiderate ignoring so we left. Seems kmda silly to turn away business (money) just cause you think certain people aren't deserving of basic courtesy. Get your new Canadian pajeets under control with manners and customer service.

Went there today , Awful service as a first time customer the cashier was nonchalant and unprofessional until my drink I ordered almost tipped over. She didn’t bother and continued serving someone else . Do better

Can't get orders right! Second time I've ordered my blizzard in a month and it is NOT what I ordered.

Last Monday, I got banana split. Banana was too ripe, not split. Crew just dumped everything no attempt to make it even resentable, with one spoon, we decided to throw it away, a waste of money.

This place is awful! I ordered an orange Julius and it wasn’t frozen and the orange juice was rotten. The attendant completely ignored our complaints and passed me on to another attendant. The second attendant blamed me for letting it sit too long and kept on interrupting me. This place is garbage! If I could, i would give it zero stars.
