Can't get orders right! Second time I've ordered my blizzard in a month and it is NOT what I ordered.
The service is typically efficient, and the atmosphere is casual and family-friendly.
Last Monday, I got banana split. Banana was too ripe, not split. Crew just dumped everything no attempt to make it even resentable, with one spoon, we decided to throw it away, a waste of money.

This place is awful! I ordered an orange Julius and it wasn’t frozen and the orange juice was rotten. The attendant completely ignored our complaints and passed me on to another attendant. The second attendant blamed me for letting it sit too long and kept on interrupting me. This place is garbage! If I could, i would give it zero stars.

The customer service was absolutely horrible. There was a young lady who did ignored me completely and did not greet or ask what I would like. She deliberately did not make eye contact and made me feel so horrible.

Waited with noone infront of me and 3 workers avoiding eye contact for 5+ minutes service seemed intentionally unattentive
Rude customer service. Whoever the worker is at 6:00 pm on February 7, 2023 is so rude she shouldn't work at a customer service environment.
Thought I would treat myself while on a little vacation away from Toronto. I often ask for a Choco Brownie Extreme and sometimes ask for one squirt less chocolate sauce and one squirt of mint. Most places are happy to oblige. Very few say “no” calling it an extra topping. I never ask for extra. I ask for less chocolate and a hint of mint. Is mint more expensive than chocolate?All that aside: the blizzard I got today did not seem to be very chocolaty (see photo). I have never had one so pale.
Service was very slow and she messed up our order.
