I made a reservation for 8. Table wasn't ready. We ordered from the Brunch Menu. Bacon and hash browns were cold. Almost like it was microwaved but not long enough. Toast wasn't buttered. We had to request butter. The initial server was not friendly (perhaps something going on in her world). The second server was friendly and cheerful.
We always have a great experience at Original Joes. Right from the moment we got there, the service was prompt & the waitress was friendly & made sure that we were well taken care of. The prices were reasonable and the portions were very large.
We were impressed with the quick seating but then it all slowed down. When we had interaction with staff they were nice. Order taking was to long and food delivery was to long. It wasn’t crowded so we don’t know why service was so slow. The food was delicious if it hadn’t been this review would have been worse.
