Had a really bad experience here. We usually love the food from here but today we ordered a salad and they had to remake it twice. The cashier didn’t take our order properly and even when it was remade twice it was still wrong. All employees seem very incompetent. They should probably also teach someone how to cut their lettuce properly

This is a redeemed review. I gave 2 stars before but went back yesterday, and the portion has been redeemed. If I can fit a large into a regular container, not good. Since yesterday, I actually got a large. Thank you. Service was quick. Surprisingly quick, I wouldn't have minded waiting. There were people before me. I appreciate the service 🙏 Always order a chicken on the rocks, always delicious. The food was never an issue. If you keep up the portions, I'll absolutely recommend to friends and family. Thank you, again. Will definitely be back!

I ordered through uber eats there was no spicy sauce on it and no turnips on it. I don’t know what they were doing while making my order, you cannot mess up 2 items

After being on the road all day this pit stop was a blessing. Very friendly staff and amazing shawarma. I wish they sold that hot sauce, I would buy it by the gallon.

The food quality has gone down. Osmows franschise in general is famous for such a good quality food. And for this location, it has gone down. I used to go to owmows as my cheat meal once every week but now i have to find other options bcx it not the same anymore. I want to add something here, when we go to a restaurant or fast food chain, we expect a average level of customer service so customer feels welcome but the girls who work in the location make such bad faces and talk with each other about customers infront of the customers. Like a customer can feel when they are standing in front, that they are talking about them, when i felt so weird.

Very friendly and considerate, let us try the hot sauce, even stopped by and offered us some falafel at the table to try. Food was fresh and generous. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely lackluster fries. Unseasoned McCain fries is how I would describe them. The wrap was cut in such a bizarre way it may as well have been a salad. The fact the wrap was cracking made it all the more difficult an a clear sign was not fresh

Just order a large falafel on the rocks to go and received only half of the bowl. They quantity now is not even half of the quantity when they open to get customers. now the price is over the quantity. I Spent to eat because I was hungry but received only half. Not going there ever again they might give me an empty box.
Meat quantity was less ,fries were soggy, and more veggies.
Suggestion add bit of meat, sauce, and really if you guys have to save, then instead of veggies, add more fries.

Its March 22 and time is 11:40. We have called them to order so they can make it before closing. We have called them about 6 times but didn’t got any answer. Should replace the staff with responsible employees.

I placed an order through Uber Eats, and I noticed an error in the preparation of my meal. I specifically selected "no sauce", but a sauce was still added. Additionally, I mentioned that I wanted ketchup for my fries, but it was missing.
It seems that the staff did not properly follow my selections, which affected my experience. I would like to know what can be done to correct this mistake.

I paid an extra 4 bucks to make the meal a large just for it to be the regular size.

I went here today food was amazing the chicken on the rocks was delicious I love the garlic sauce they use the workers are so nice and are very helpful 100% recommend coming here good eats all around
