You can tell the kitchen isn’t run by folks who grew up with this food — the techniques and balance are off. The space feels generic too: loud pop playlist, harsh lighting, and décor that has nothing to do with Levantine food culture. If you’re going to serve shawarma, bring in staff who know the dish and the hospitality that comes with it — the flavors, the timing on the spit, the way the meal is presented, even the music and vibe. Right now it feels like a concept copied from photos, not a kitchen that understands what makes this food special.

At first place they don’t know how to treat their customer , zero customer service and they food quality they giving is not that good also when I ordered on the rocks I asked them to have no spice on it but they still put hot sauce on that .
