We had reservations for 430 at the time of arrival there was about six other patrons inside the restaurant. In a matter of an hour, we have three different servers with all three being minimally attentive to our table. We ordered the dumplings, however, shortly advised after they had ran out. We then ordered honey chicken in about an hour after waiting was advised. They also ran out of chicken. Our dishes were quite small and did not seem they were worth the value. Food was mediocre and taste. This was my first time attending and had high hopes for this restaurant. I'm unsure if this was just an off day or if this is an all together experience at this moment, I would not be returning. Nor would I be recommending. As for service, we were there for two hours and we seen our waitress twice. It was painful to get a refill to find our waitress and also at the end to receive our bill to pay. I requested another waitress. Bring our bill waited for about 25 minutes then had to ask another waitress to get our bill as ours was nowhere to be found Once again I do not recommend
The only bad thing about my experience was I could not take my leftovers with me because we were travelling. The food was so good - fresh - hot and flavourful! The service was delightful! This restaurant is an absolute MUST!!!
We felt welcome from the moment we entered the restaurant. Our server was delightful and the food delicious as usual!
Dined here several times and it's hit or miss when it comes to service. The food is usually great and the portions are fair. We either have outstanding service or very poor. Last time it was very poor. It was busy and they didn't seem to have enough servers but then they have a couple of people standing around not doing much of anything. They should really implement someone designated to just going around filling up waters. We had no drinks while eating and some of the food can be pretty spicy. We see a huge turnover in staff here and barely can recognize anyone from visit to visit so it seems to be a management problem from the looks of it. It's too bad because the food is really good.
This restaurant is literally the nightmare for food delivery. The average wait after standard time is 15 mints. If you’re thinking to order online it’s better to look for some other places.

So the quality of the food is no better than mall Chinese. This is not the problem. The problem is they charge you 30+$ for one person serving of noodles and a protein. Portions are on the small side for such an extraordinary cost. Do yourself a favour, next time your craving some PF Changs skip coming here and go to polo for some Mall Chinese. You will save alot of money and probably have a better experience because of it.

P.F. Chang’s never disappoints! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly — the chicken lettuce wraps and dynamite shrimp were especially good. What stood out even more was the service. Our server was polite, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. They checked on us just the right amount and had great menu suggestions. The atmosphere was relaxed and classy. Definitely a place I’d return to for both the food and the service!😍😍🤞

Great food and even better service! The lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef were delicious. Our server was super friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Loved the vibe of the place — definitely coming back!

We had dinner at PF Changs tonight. The restaurant was very empty. We were seated in clear view of the kitchen. The food was OK. However, our Mongolian Beef was overcooked and had the texture of beef jerky. As we ate, we heard lots of laughter coming from the kitchen. We turned to see what was going on. One of the servers, who had hair half way down her back, was in the kitchen goofing around. She was at the stove and proceeded to actually cook. Her hair was down, no hair net, not tied back. At one point we heard her say "maybe I should put my hair back". She then swung her head around until her hair went over her shoulders. Clearly there was no manager on duty tonight as I highly doubt they would have allowed this violation of food handling regulations to occur. Absolute disregard for sanitary food prep. I'm glad we had already eaten, or I probably would have walked out. We will not be returning to this establishment!!!
Portions are so small for the inflated price. Never again

According to Google it says it closes at 11pm. Me and my family came at 9:30pm and the doors were locked. This lady says they are closed and I said that’s not true and she denied us service and said it’s for customers already inside to stay until 11pm and that the kitchen was already closed. This is unacceptable and I made a complaint to head office about the the lady claiming to be the manager and denying customers service and she needs to be fired for turing away business and acting unprofessional!!

Food was okay. Expensive for portion and quality. I have dined across Canada and abroad and there is nothing special about the food here. The California roll was ok. Not worth $17. Have had grocery store sushi that was superior for half the cost. An additional $6 for plain noodles rather than rice is ridiculous. The noodles were nothing to write home about. Just noodles and sauce. Beef and broccoli was good. Portion was not very big. Lots of broccoli. Kungpao chicken was not spicy at all. Told it was a 7/10 spice and more around a 2. $26+ for chicken and celery.
I had been excited to try this place, it is a long drive from home, but it fell flat. Expensively mediocre.

Great experience tonight for our friend’s birthday. All the entrees were amazing and delicious. Ash was our server and provided a great service with a free dessert at the end which made everyone really happy. Poor guy had to listen to really racist remarks from a rude table sitting beside us but didn’t let that affect his service and attitude go down. Great guy and experience overall.
