Very disappointed. The food was cold. The restaurant was empty so there was no reason for this. Our service was terrible ... the server did the bare minimum and didn't clear dishes away. Our table was set poorly and was missing the very basics (like soya sauce) which was standard on tables. There was zero attempt at clearing a path from the fallen snow in order to enter the restaurant. It was New Year's Day and so it was a special occasion but we should have all stayed home and saved our money. All people in our party had not been here before and we were all disappointed.

Came in for a bday party and the service was horrendous, she wasn’t friendly and took 20 mins to even take drink orders. We had appetizers ordered and took 20 mins increments to even get the food out. Still didn’t even get half the appetizers. Manager came over to apologize for the low staff and never came back to deal with anything or help this short staff issue. The chicken smelled so unappetizing that I didn’t even eat. Ruined the rest of the meal for me. They charged us for the food that never came as well. Such an embarrassment. Will never return here. They were also empty inside of the restaurant. If you come for a party. Might as well spend your time and money somewhere else

Service is god awful. Took 45 minutes to get drinks and just the appetizers alone. Foods good but it takes over an hour for the main and they didnt even bring it all. Worst part is even though the service was horrendous the tip is mandatory. Which is just disingenuous.

We always love coming to PF Chang’s with our Family for our Annual Xmas Dinner and have had Great Experiences in the past.
However - on this visit, we were extremely disappointed by the temperature of our food and the lack of service.
We had reservations for 6 people at 4:30. Since it was early, the restaurant was only 1/4 full. We had no issues getting in and ordering our Apps and 6 Meals - which we did immediately.
Since it was early, the restaurant was only 1/4 full. Saying this - it took quit sometime for our Apps to come and even longer for 3 out of 6 Meals to come. 2 which were cold. About 5 mins later, the other 3 meals came. I did mention at that time that my meal was cold and the waitress just looked at me and walked away. We had to ask for knives 3 times and our waitress finally brought 1 knife when most of our party were finished eating. Our waitress, nor anyone else came to fill up our water or check on us at all until near the end of the meal.
Definitely a disappointing experience - Especially on Xmas.

Always a great spot to stop for a bite to eat after a day of shopping. Food is always great.
It's not bad. The food is a fusion of Asian. Some dishes are quite interesting, others kinda bland.

Lettuce chicken wrap and Mongo,Ian beef are musts at PF Changs. Staff was friendly and fast and the whole experience nice. looking forward to returning next time I'm in town.

Mapo Tofu was good. I would have liked it much spicier and will request this the next time. The Mongolian Beef was very tasty. The restaurant was quite busy (much busier than usual for lunch one of the servers told us) and very noisy. It took over an hour for our meals to arrive. The staff were spread pretty thin. Service was good but extremely slow.
