i am a pandatea fan and i am being so mad at this time. MAKING WRONG ORDER AND IT IS THE FIFTH TIME. I can show my ubereats bill to see i order panda tea so many times . First time, i order mango tea with herbal jelly and they forget mango tea- they said give me two free drink- yea it is ok. Second time, they do my jasmine green tea as mango tea- i admit i am a little bit mad but i still with nice attitude to ask if they are really busy- they give me one free drink and sent to me- i accept. Third time, they forget to add herbal jelly- yes new apologize and said will give me free drink. Fourth time- i got a broken drink- they said its delivery guy's fault and will give a new drink- i accept-. TODAY, IT HAPPENED AGAIN. i literally have no idea the receipt shows with. herbal jelly with they still forget to add--- what the hell? I CALL TO THEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE- they said hard to hear my voice first- i got serious bad cold- and i understand so i am not mad. She said she will call manager and manager said-you can do the refund on app- HELLO? ARE YOU SERIOUS? She use indifference voice and seems like i am asking for free drinks- on purpose. I DON'T WANT GIVE A LOW MARK BUT I AM REALLY SO MAD
