This place is such a bad place to shop for bbt. The flavour of bbt is fine, but the staff looks so stressed out all the time. And when I enter the store there was only one person working at the time. You guys should put more people on a weekends night. It was so busy and the staff looks so stressed out, no wonder you guys have bad review. Management is not working to improve at all.

Today I went to this milk tea campus and bought the milk tea. However, the girl who served me was super rude, when I ordered she gave me attitude and wasn't friendly at all. I would not go back to this place ever again!

Great flavors and friendly service. The watermelon bubble tea was amazing. I was also impressed with how hard working the staff was. Especially the young lady with the blonde braid. I will definitely come back to try the other flavors.

Sort of a long wait the workers are angst teenagers and rude to older customers. They let the drinks sit and leave to the back for a while. Then come back and slam your drink on the counter! Very disrespectful

The best bubble tea in the city in my opinion. Extensive menu, so it takes a while to choose, and sometimes the orders take a bit long to make but they're worth the wait.
