When something went wrong with the website the gentlemen at the restaurant helped me track down my lost order. They then canceled it, gave my money back, then reordered it. They also offered me a free drink to make up for the inconvenience. Awesome staff and customer service!

In my opinion, Papa John's pizza is superior not only in taste but in overall quality. I've been ordering from them for years, many times from this location specifically, and I've always enjoyed my experience. PJ's pizza may be a bit pricier than some of its budget competitors, but the company offers deals and rewards that help offset the cost. And the taste easily makes up for the price point! Also, I recently had to order delivery instead of my usual pickup, and my order arrived ahead of time and steaming hot. The driver was also courteous and observed the delivery instructions. Highly recommend Papa John's whichever way you decide to order!
