Used to love this place. With every consequent order their quantity and quality both are declining. Also, as cliche as it sounds but got a hair within my garlic knots, which i let it slide since i had eaten half them. But with the order today especially with the quality i can safely say they will decline in sales with time.

If you have any allergies do not go here!! I ordered a gluten free pizza online and had it delivered, after delivery and eating it I started to feel very sick. I called the location to confirm they gave me a gluten free pizza and they said they ran out of gluten free crust so they gave me regular crust. Without telling me! My pizza box also had a “gluten free crust” label on it. They said they didn’t have my number so they just gave me regular crust without notifying me or writing on the box. Horrible service. Gluten allergies are very serious and the workers there clearly do not care if they give someone an allergic reaction. I now I’m very ill so thank you papa johns for your lack of communication and being incompetent of treating allergies seriously. I will not be ordering from here again and I will be sharing my incident with individuals so they are aware of this poor establishment.

Be careful ordering online, I tried to order something and it kept giving me an error and no confirmation that it had gone through, but my credit card was charged and they refused to refund my money.*Update * I spent 45 minutes on the phone with customer care ( at least they weren't rude ), they proceeded to tell me that I need to call my credit card company to file a wrongful charge and notify the police to start an investigation!! All this over $32.45. Needless to say, I will never order from this franchise again.

Great food , crust is most fluffy . . And 1 large 1 topping is lowest-priced at $12.80The walk in special is 1 large large 4 topping at 14.99 on window .Understand I didn't get the special but I dont have 40$ for 2 pizzas .. i had only 25$ and they made it work for me so I'm thankful for that ,4.5stars
