I absolutely loved the great customer service given by the guy who was there and pizza is so good and tasty. Thnk you sir. I have never seen such great packaging and garnishment done by any another pizza store here in winnipeg. I would recommend it to all to go try their pizza once.

It was amazing when we first came in through the door the person working knew that we were there and she just said give me a moment and was very quick and the food was amazing as always every time I have been here it has been an amazing experience

Unfortunately the pizza my mom and I received was dry, not a lot of cheese, toppings very sparse and way overpriced for what was served to us. We didn't notice how it looked or tasted since it was a take out order until we got home. Will not order from here again.

My husband ordered pick up and brought it home. Took it apart and all the toppings came off. And under the pizza was so greasy or oily I don't know what it is. We have had pappa johns before never like this. Very disappointed

Have given this place an honest try (tried 3 different times).
People were nice and business location seemed clean.
However, Papa Johns Pizza has severely declined in my opinion!
Since, their 1st location on Pembina opened the pizza was wonderful.
Now the pizzas being made are sub-par. Even when purchasing the most expensive items on their menu!

Pizzas good but I have a suggestion for staff. Make sure delivery drivers have a thermal bag for the pizza. And if they dont? Make them go back to they car and get it. Don't let them take the order without a thermal bag. They honestly ruin the quality of the pizza without a thermal bag. The pizza arrives to your customers COLD.
