Absolutley love the vibe in here! Super romantic for a date night or a great spot to go out with friends. Each seating area had a cute little vibe, we were in a booth that felt very private, and the design of the entire place was very relaxing and intimate. The service was great as well, very knowledge about the menu and suggested pairings between different drinks and food. Small menu with good variety, pizza obviously being the star. I would just be sure to ask about spice levels if your sensitive to it. Apparently the menu does have rotating/changing items, so I'm looking forward to going back and trying more. Not a huge cocktail list but again good variety, and everything we tried was great, with a good selection of wine and mocktails as well :)

food was wonderful but I’m here to thank the wonderful server, Grey. What a WONDERFUL and attentive server. I mean this when I say I have never had such great service in my life. He actually cares about who he’s serving, he thinks ahead and goes above and beyond for who he’s helping out. Really joyful and positive attitude too - someone that really cares about the impact they make with any and every person. Again, I’m amazed by that service and it’s the best I’ve ever had. He is the representation you want for your company and deserves to be in a management position. Truly in awe of him and so grateful . Will be back and hoping to see him again. Was very excited to try Parcel Pizza out with a group of friends. There were 5 of us in total and we did have a dinner reservation made almost a month ahead of time.
We ordered appetizers, wine and pizza and it was all delicious, however we were disappointed with the service. Not with our specific server, but the overall experience at the restaurant.
1. Expo asked us if we would like any garnishes when he dropped off the pizza (parm, chilli flakes, chilli oil), we said yes please, but were not told that it would be an additional charge on the bill. All other restaurants that I have been to inform you if there is an upcharge, and we thought that this was just common courtesy garnishes.
2. As we were finishing dinner and placing a dessert order, our server returned (after taking our dessert order) informing us that there was another reservation after us (in 10 minutes) and that we would need to leave. She was very polite about it, however we were very disappointed because we were not told this information at the BEGINNING of our dinner that we would need to be out of the restaurant by a certain time. Additionally, we booked on a TUESDAY - not a high rush Friday or Saturday night. We completely understand that sometimes there is a time limit at a table, but especially since we were a larger group that had a reservation ahead of time, we assumed that we would get the chance to catch up and enjoy a dinner without being rushed, or at LEAST be given a heads up before starting dinner. The server did apologize that she could not put us at another table, but we were especially disappointed that we did not get to finish our visit and enjoy dessert.
3. I brought my baby along for the dinner and unfortunately when I went to change the baby, there wasn't a single changing table in any of the restrooms. I understand that it is not the most child friendly restaurant, however I still assumed that there was going to be a changing table, as most establishments in the city have one. Please consider adding a change table to the accessible stall. Families with young babies should also still be able to go enjoy an evening out.
Overall, we just feel like the night could have gone better with more common courtesies from Parcel Pizza. Was very disappointed for an evening that we were looking forward too.

Went to Parcel with my wife and son and pizza and service was great.
We ordered two pizzas and did them half-and-half so we could try more flavours. One half was the Tony Serrano. Good combination of spice and sweetness.
The other halves were more classic cheese, pepperoni and another one with cheese, bacon, and peppers that tasted great. The crust at Parcel thin and delicious.
Everything came out hot and fresh, and the toppings were generous. Great spot for sharing pizzas and trying a few different pies in one meal. Friendly service and good vibe.

3.8/5 Pizza was alright. Got the Tony Serrano & the rotating disc, and found the former a bit too sweet/too much honey. The crust is light and crisp but I find it lacks the structure and depth of flavour of a new york style which I prefer, still decent. Good amount of toppings that's good quality, and the drinks (got the Tsubaki) are made well. Ambiance is nice and the service is on point.

My wife and I order from here a lot, but we dined in for the first time a few weeks ago and it was absolutely amazing. The drinks were great, we particularly liked the stone flower. Grey is the best! Best bartender in the city 😎 we both thought the pickle pizza was delicious. My wife LOVED the gem salad and we both were extremely fond of the warm olives which were a great starter with our drinks. Also have to give a commendation to the vegan za za which we ordered last night and might be my favorite pizza on the menu. Love the zucchini!

Love the pizza - it's my favorite. Only have been able to order for delivery but oh man the pizza is great. I really love the Gem Salad, but can't afford to order the larger one that's $17 - PLEASE BRING BACK THE SIDE GEM SALAD THAT WAS $6. I'll order it every time and you'll slowly make a fortune off me. <3
