Amazing service from start to finish. I called right at opening on a long weekend Friday night and nobody answered at first which I understand it may have been busy I didn’t even leave a message, figured I’d call back in a bit. Soon as I hung up they were calling me back and even apologized for missing the call. The pizza was just coming out the oven when I arrived for the pickup time and every member of the staff had great service and were very friendly. We will be back thank you so much. I think all your staff deserve a raise. I honestly haven’t seen this level of customer service in a very long time. I tipped them well.
Btw the spicy dill pickle pizza is pretty freaking awesome as well. Cudos to the chefs.

Parcel is such a good atmosphere. It’s sexy and swanky. The pizza always tastes fantastic and never leaves you feeling heavy like some commercial pizza places. The staff are attentive and accommodating. It’s always busy so book ahead. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience dining tonight. We arrived a bit early for our reservation but got seated immediately. Our waiter was amazing, very attentive. Both my sister and I are pickle lovers and we thought the pickle pizza was delicious! We had asked for extra pickles on the side but they also put more on the pizza as well (yay!) The ingredients work so well together. I am very impressed and we will be back.

I hate to say it, but for the price you pay for pizza here, the service really sucks.
Don't get me wrong, it's decent pizza. But it's pizza. You know? And the wait staff are just so inattentive. I go to Red Ember at the Forks and I leave just as full and a little happier.
They also desperately need a house seasoning (and don't charge extra for it you cheapskates).
