When I asked.a local fellow forces coffee shop recommendations, this shop was the first one that he mentioned. Wow! He was right. Great service. When I asked about bagels, the explanation was clear and easy to understand. The coffee and bagel were delicious.
The coffee is good! If you are visiting Winnipeg come and have some nice coffee here.
One observation / recomendation:
Do not argue with a coffee freak stating that brewed coffee ( I guess the coffee was brewed 20-30 minutes upon my visit) is same as V60 method. Barista: dont be lazy! You had 2 different options to make one. Think outside the box my friend!

Hands down one of the best proper coffee shops in the city. The selection of beans to take home is amazing. Their skill at making drinks is what keeps me coming back.
If you're a coffee snob like I am, Parlour is a must visit (many times).
