The taste of each dish was well done but each plate was around $30, there are plenty of other high quality restaurants that serve very similar food for a MUCH bigger portion and value. I was really looking forward to dining here and the photos looked great but was underwhelmed when the dishes were about the size of two of my fists. They bring each dish out one at a time for family style serving. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable when presenting each dish. This restaurant’s atmosphere is quite nice, food is good, however I spent over $100 and left the restaurant still feeling quite hungry. This was a nice upscale first-time visit however, I think I would rather go somewhere else if I wanted quality pasta for the same price and bigger portion.

What a great evening! Every dish we shared was incredible. Our group of 4 had a Ridiculous list of allergies (our server Janelle was so patient and helpful) and we all found enough variety and left so full and happy. Thank you!

I visited Passero as a group of 8 to celebrate a friends' birthday. The party was required to submit our menu selections in advance. Service was attentive, food was plentiful and delicious, and I was pleasantly shocked at how reasonable the bill was for my 1/8 of the food and my own drinks. We stayed basically until close, but never felt rushed.

I am very picky about Italian food but this is the best salad and Carbonara ive had in Canada. The quality of food is,absolutely amazing and the service is perfect for the fine dining experience. Ill be back when I visit Winnipeg again.

Food was incredible; texture, flavour and presentation was spot on. Service was fantastic although a little too quick sometimes. Server was efficient knowledgeable and very friendly. Atmosphere was cool vibes and not loud. Would recommend!!

Very pleasant evening at Pasero. We enjoyed the following dishes: chorizo, meatballs, carbonara spaghetti, and the daily ravioli special, which was like a pierogi, but so much better. We love the Yantra from Tuscany. The Burrata was good, but not as good as before— It is now on a tomato confit bed. The salami toast was mixed. My love liked it more than me. Service was very pleasant and friendly.

Absolutely lovely🤩 super cute decor and a very fun menu. Plates are meant to be shared which was quite enjoyable since you get to try many different items. I highly recommend the carbonara and the lemon cheese cake. Would love to come again to try in winter since it has a very cozy and intimate vibe and the food is quite filling. Great service.

Finally made it to Passero on Corydon. I loved this place when it was at the Forks, but the location is so much better. It is quaint, not as loud, and still has amazing food (and I am really looking forward to checking out their patio!). We had the feature starter (a tomato/pesto/balsamic salad that should really be a permanent item on the menu), beer tartare, cauliflower (get this, you won't be disappointed), and the spaghetti carbonara. This place remains on my top 5 restaurant list in Winnipeg!
