I ordered some special fried rice. It wasn't to my liking, but that's a matter of personal taste. The rice seemed to be spicy hot and I had never encountered spicy hot rice before. The ingredients were fresh and the helping was large. I cannot fault them for that.

07/04/2024 Peking has always been a family favourite. The dishes selected were done by our daughter and son-in-law. Our daughter is vegetarian there ware a couple of vegetarian dishes. The food was very good and packaged well as it is about a 15 minute drive to our place. All the dishes had a lot of flavour and there were ample amounts to ensure we had left over for another meal the next day. The only negative was the tofu dish. I was told that previous times it was ordered the dish was more spicy which made it better. (I never tried it.) Since the order was takeout the only thing I can say is that Peking Chinese food in a previous life used to be a grocery store when I was in elementary school. I actually used to go to the store in a regular basis to get lettuce for my rabbit and other veggies for my hamster. Now there’s some history.
TIP. pay in cash as you will redo a discount. Also don’t forget that if your order is over a certain amount you receive FREE stuff. I ❤️ free stuff.

We had the Peking Special Scallops (lots of veggies) along with Whole Pan Fried Shrimp and they were a big success. Thank you!

First time trying and not disappointed! Our favourite Chinese restaurant is in Stonewall. Peking is in par with Sing Fei which is a very hard act to follow! Keep up the good work!

Shanghai noodles where mostly cabbage, ginger beef was all onions, hardly any meat, lemon chicken was old and dry and breaded ribs was mostly fat chunks deep fried. We decided to try somewhere new and it was horrible. What a waste of money. Hubby wouldn't even take leftovers for his lunch at work. All of it went into the garbage.

So bad. We used to order from here all the time but that was a few years ago and we’d moved. We were so happy to discover it on Uber Eats. Unfortunately three out of the five things we ordered were inedible due to a heavy use of black pepper. Kids would not eat theirs. Husband and I ate our servings and now feel sick. Thrilled we blew almost $100 on this terrible meal.

They are always working away in there so wanted to give it a chance. Personally, the food didn't meet my expectations. It was bland, from the rice to the eggrole to the chicken balls. The only thing that was decent was the breaded veal, and we were served a tiny portion. Will likely not be returning.
